The sales guy was kinda pushy but generally nice because he was in sales. He said non-toxic products BUT when the cleaning ladies came, they were using Easy Off oven cleaner and their “enviro” friendly products infact had dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride in them (pics attached) - we didn’t catch it until half way through when we gave them our vinegar based stuff. Would have been nice for them to tell the truth, especially with pets and pregnant women in the house. The cleaning ladies were very good and very nice.

THEN since they try to enroll you in a subscription model, they didn’t allow us to cancel the next auto created appointment, even with 2 days notice…they said it was in the contract but even after reviewing what we signed, there was no clear verbiage around cancellation…SO we were charged and since we weren’t available for the cleaning, not refunded either. I would say we were cheated out of the money, very frustrating. Terrible experience except for the kinda cleaners. Stay away if you’re looking for a service that uses non-toxic products and friendly business practices.

August 1st we had The Cleaning Authority come to our home for an in-depth cleaning. I never imagined the care & attention to details our team, Carlos and Sayli, gave to our home. Plus, the Supervisor who came with them to help set their day up was so very kind and helpful. She wrote notes of things I mentioned, walked through the house with me and went over her notes with Carlos & Sayli. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Another shout-out to how thoughtful Mr. Hess was to communicate with me, answer all my questions and was very kind in every interaction we had. I might mention this company uses safe, quality cleaning products. Our house did not smell of artificial scents when Carlos & Sayli left. THANK YOU, Cleaning Authority!

One very special shout out to Sayli was how she cleaned my bathtub. My oldest son is 48 years old. When he was old enough for tub baths, I put decals down in the tub to prevent him and his little brother from slipping in the tub. After they outgrew the need for those decals I did everything I could to remove them, even resorting to scraping at them with straight edged razor blades. I did remove the decals, but I thought I scraped the porcelain finish off of the tub bottom in the process. I have scrubbed, used every product recommended, used boiling water to try to soak stain away, but I was never successful in my efforts remove the damage I did trying to remove the decals. I thought the only way to have a nice white, mar free tub was to either replace it or buy a tub refinishing kit. I have done neither but just lived with an ugly, dirty looking gray bathtub all these years. When I walked into the bathroom as Sayli was finishing I looked down and saw WHITE! Not the ugly gray, marred bottom on my tub. Plus, it feels smooth again! I cried!!! THANK YOU, Sayli! Thank you!

Carlos tackled dusting & cleaning/polishing … EVERYTHING! Baseboards, table lamp shades, my bookcase filled with grandchildren photos, mirrors, and full glass storm door, vacuumed & I know did so much more that I have not listed. They both worked steady and cheerfully, I heard Sayli humming as she worked. She cleaned my kitchen and it smelled so good. I don’t know what she used on my granite countertops, but they gleamed and smelled so good!

I HIGHLY recommend The Cleaning Authority. As soon as I can, I will be having them come back.

I have just started to use TCA and I couldn’t be more pleased. The rotation schedule is such an added bonus feature that my other cleaning company I was with for 16 yrs shad had lacked this kind of detail and started to get lazy with.

The only thing I can say that I wish was different was that the crew that comes every other week has been different and they don’t give you an exact time until the day of which makes it difficult to plan your day. Other than that I definitely recommend you try them out!!!

My first clean with this company. Got the full house deep clean and am overall pleased. A team of 2 worked diligently and were clearly very organized in their teamwork to the finish.

Love the folks at the Cleaning Authority! They are always one time, highly professional, and leave my home in outstanding shape. I've never had an issue with them -- even one time we got our wires crossed in terms of scheduling, and the manager was extremely responsive and addressed the issue immediately. The team that comes to my home is Sarahi and Adriana (#15), and they always leave the place spotless. Seriously, I love cleaning day!

I really appreciate the services of my Team 6, including Mary and Amanda. Their care and consistency makes my day every time that they come!! And by having at least 2 cleaners come, they are not here long so it isn’t like I have to accommodate them for a half day or more. Just a great experience!!

I LOVE my team at The Cleaning Authority. Alicia and Jones (Team 9) are always on time, polite, professional and do a great job. I have a busy household with 4 dogs and then are so thorough and thoughtful to clean up my floors and make my house look and smell great. I also love their little touches of arranging the throw blankets on the beds in a neat way and other little touches. The cleaning authority has a very good rotation system with one area deep cleaned at each regular cleaning. They usually have a good standard and I have tried a few different teams but team #9 (Alicia, Esmeralda, Carmen) have been my favorite so far. Good job and thank you!

Paid for deep clean. It was good. The biweekly cleanings have been very poor. We thought once maybe just a bad crew, second time they sent someone to re-clean, and the third time we asked for refund and canceled service and was only offered a 15% discount . I have attached pictures of clean cloths we wiped the floors, and counters with after their "CLEANING" today. Also attached is the shower area where the floors and wall meet. The black, I assume mold or dirt is black in the picture. They may throw some water on some of these areas but clearly they aren't cleaning them. If you have them clean. I would do a wipe test afterwards so you can really see the results of what they " CLEANED" They require you give them a second chance before canceling because they know it is going to be an issue and they want to keep your money each time.
