Diego has been taking care of our pool for a while and we couldn’t be happier. Always does an excellent job. I always recommend Poolie to all my friends and family . Every body that works there is very friendly , excellent service from all the staff , incredibly helpful . We are very happy with Diego and wish we had know about Poolie long time ago .

Amari did a fantastic job! After the cold front blew in, there were a bunch of leaves in the pool. We tried helping out by scooping some of them out, but there was just so many! When he was done, the pool looked immaculate! Thank you!

I left the service and I am happy without them! I liked the initial crew, they were good and professional, after 2 months the staff changed and they started sending inexperienced and outright bad people, eventually my pool got algae. I use my pool 1x or 2x per week, and its an easy pool to maintain. I am doing it myself now and super happy. Few of the newer people were good, but some were outright unprofessional and using inappropriate language, not brushing, not vacuuming, some of them didn't even show up at all! Sometimes I wouldn't get a service for 2 weeks. Customer service is difficult to reach and slow to respond. I am 100% better off without them. Wasn't happy with the service. Overall 2 stars

This was my first time using poolie and I had a fantastic experience.sam was very personable and knowledgeable! Sam made the repair at light speed I was impressed. I have a commercial resort pool so I am quite nervous about changing pool companies. Thank you Sam for a great job!

Poolie Tech, Xavier is very knowledgeable and courteous and always provides first class service. If the water temperature was higher I'd be swimming right now. Our family really appreciates the effort he puts into servicing our pool.

Had this services for 2 months looking for some weekly maintenance for our pool and is a mess. Always having to get back to them after the service bc the pool looks same or worst than how it was. They don’t clean the bottom of the pool, they don’t take out any trash inside the pool and this is me checking the pool right after they cleaning. Me pool is turning green. For me not the best experience.

Even better — they had the pump in stock and had a tech out the very next day.

Steven Six, their repair technician, did an outstanding job. He was professional, polite, and the quality of his work was top-notch.

Exceptional Service from Poolie San Antonio

Poolie reached out to remind me it was time for another DE filter breakdown and clean, which I’ve had done before. This time, Ray was the technician assigned, and he notified me via text of his arrival — a simple but helpful touch that made communication easy.

I asked Ray to ensure the hose for draining the filter reached the greenbelt behind my home so my grass wouldn’t be damaged by pool water, something that has happened with other companies. I’ve also had other companies leave the white DE powder in the yard or on the pool decking without fully washing it away.

Ray went above and beyond. He removed all the grids from the assembly and cleaned them on the side of my home where there’s a drainage ditch — a proactive solution no one else has ever thought to do. He even provided photos to show the work was done thoroughly. That level of consideration and attention to detail makes a huge difference for customers like me who care about keeping their yards in good condition.

Thanks again to Ray and Poolie for the outstanding service. It’s this kind of professionalism and customer care that makes me recommend Poolie to others without hesitation.

I wanted to take the time to highlight the incredible work Diego has done with our pool. We live on a ranch and our pool gets full of sand and leaves constantly. When Diego leaves (pun intended) it is spotless. He is always courteous and respectful as we have animals (donkeys, longhorn, goats, ducks, turkey, pig) that keep him company while he works. An amazing gentleman and really does take pride in his work.

I had old style glass blocks in my spa they removed them replastered it and transformed it to look more modern! I think they did an amazing job!
