Casitas has been cleaning our home for some time. They always arrive ready to work, and complete the job efficiently and professionally. We have a Golden Retriever who covers our home with lots of hair, but Casitas makes it magically disappear-spotless floors, countertops, even the upholstered furniture. It smells so fresh and clean when they’re finished. The bathrooms are sparkling and the kitchen looks new!

We had our first service by Helen and her team. We were referred by our neighbor and we are SO impressed with Helen’s communication, promptness, and of course, the quality of their work. We have an 80-lbs Bernese Mtn Dog and a newborn - so they had their work cut out for them. The job was absolutely thorough and pristine! It isn’t the cheapest service (based on our past experience) but you do get what you pay for…Can’t wait for our next appointment with y’all.

Helen and her Casitas team did an incredible job on my home. This was their first time cleaning for me, and they're definitely here to stay! Not only was the entire place sparkling, but they added thoughtful, hotel-level touches like creatively arranged bath towels and other small details that made the whole space feel special. They're super fast too, cleaned my entire home in under 3 hours! Not to mention their personalities are also as great as their work. Can't wait for them to return in two weeks!

I like very much the service from Jodene and the attention from Laura. The price is fair. They are very organized with the check list paper because I know what to expect. The only thing I do not like is because sometimes they send someone else instead of the person who used to clean my home. The quality of the service is the same whoever goes but I trust Jodene and I am a little pissed when they send someone else without ask me.

Originally everything was great with this cleaning service for the first 2 months, then I got no less than THREE cleanings delayed BACK TO BACK to due their workers dropping out at the very last minute. Meaning I get a text the time they're supposed to be arriving saying they're looking for a replacement but if not would I be fine with rescheduling.

Are you kidding me? I get it if maybe once or twice every few months, but in the 5 or so months I've used them this has happened NUMEROUS times where they message me the day of a cleaning saying their cleaner had some emergency and can't come. Clearly they have a problem with their staffing as this seems to happen so often. There's literally no point to booking a scheduled time with them anymore as it's always a toss up if they will actually come.

The compensation for having to be rescheduled 3 times in a row? A measly 30% discount for ONE cleaning. Done with them.

Ophelia is always timely and thorough. The Maids Around Town service is great. The three different cleaners have been prompt, thorough and diligent. Great Service. Any problems or concerns are always addresses immediately.

I had a scheduled appointment and the day before at noon they text me to indicate they were excited to be arriving on the next day. Then, at 5:00 PM the NIGHT BEFORE they were to arrive called and cancelled the appointment due to known scheduling conflicts. I had to arrange another cleaning service at the last minute (Not to mention I am 8 months pregnant). I would not recommend them as a new client!!!
