Highly recommend. My husband tried to clean our dryer vent and the dryer vent brush broke and became stuck in the vent. Called Lady Bird Home Specialist and spoke to Maya who was awesome. She was able to schedule us for the next day. Omar was able to arrive early. Omar was very friendly, courteous and professional. Our problem was fixed in no time. He then cleaned the vent completely and provided photos. He even checked my dryer to confirm it was not damaged from the dryer vent being clogged. Will definitely use again. Great customer service and awesome work. Thank you so much.

Omer worked diligently for almost 3 hours to clean and sanitize the air ducts of both AC units in our house. He also clear the dryer vent which was plugged by a bird nest. Look at the super dirty before picture compared to the clean and shiny mirror after picture.
We definitely recommend Omer’s service. Will be calling him for our rental house soon.

Above and beyond service and well worth the price! ✔️👏❤️ This local small business (and woman-owned) Lady Bird Air Duct and Maya and Omer turned a service that I typically dread into a very positive experience! Omer arrived on time, cleaned up the lint that was all over my washer and dryer, unclogged my dryer vent, blew the vent from the outside as well using a 2 story ladder, AND EVEN cleaned up after the job. Even wiped down my 2 story kitchen window where the lint cleaning had coated it. I cannot recommend them enough. Especially after having to deal with scammers in the past who publish $79 or $99 specials and then say your job is actually a $700 job. Unlike the scammers, they charge $169 + tax and earn every penny. What a breath of fresh air. Stop scrolling reviews and hire this company! ❤️

Omer and his colleague came by my place yesterday to clean out my dryer vent. They were punctual, polite and professional. Omer also recommended that I replace my dryer vent cover, saying that it posed a potential fire hazard. He asked for a review and I'm happy to say that Lady Bird cleaned out my dryer vent and it's now performing satisfactorily.

He explained everything that was going to be done, took pictures for me to see the results, and worked very quickly. I can’t speak to the quality of chimney sweep services this company provides, but don’t ever let them replace your chimney cap.
My contractor hired them for a hail insurance claim and the work performed is laughably terrible. In the first attempt, Omer left screws hanging out of the chimney cap, bent sheet metal upon installation, and didn’t seal any holes. He also drilled several holes through the metal with no screws, or screws that didn’t affix the cap to anything.
When he returned to “fix” his work, Omer had planned to tighten some screws and do nothing about the open holes or structural damage he caused. We spoke about the deficiencies and I pulled out one of the loose screws by hand while he and I talked on the roof. I also pointed out that he had not replaced the flue cap, but simply poorly reinstalled the old one, which was totaled by my insurer. He assured me and my contractor he’d replace it and ensure we were happy with the work before leaving.
Today, he came and showed me the new cap he planned to install. He installed it, again bent and damaged it, used several types of non-matching hardware, drilled several holes where he failed to insert a screw, again reinstalled the old flue, and again failed to properly secure the cap, which can easily be pulled away from the stone chimney. Rather than allow me to check his work while he was here, he left without notice and called my contractor to tell him he was done after he was gone. I have no confidence in the work performed and cannot recommend this company.

I have been playing phone and text tag with this guy for a week now. Impossible to get ahold of, moving on to the next company.

Owen provided awesome service. He was pleasant and listened to my concerns. He gave attention to stains and high traffic areas, as asked. He worked hard and the carpets arrived out cleaner than I expected. Five stars to Owen !
