I saw the commercials on tv with mr. Fisk and his hat which at first I thought was humorous on the contrary mr. Fisk and his team were very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed on their progress and even had a drone take pictures which I though was pretty cool I have since used them twice a year for the last ten years

Awful. Just awful service and worse, Charles and his team didn't even perform the service he indicated. When we called him to rectify, he indicated he was too busy and hung up on my wife. We just charged back our credit card.

Very unhappy with the service. He had a helper that urinated right outside my window. I had no idea who this man was. Did a crappie job. My husband had to finish cleaning the chimney. Inspect before you pay!

These guys are great! I had them clean all the ductwork in my house and they did a phenomenal job. AND they show up wearing the official chimney sweep top hat!!! What more could you ask for?
