Guy came out and inspected my fireplace, but unfortunately it was out of the scope, However, he was very honest with me and did not charge me an inspection fee. Honest company and would recommend them for their honesty.

I called cause the living room kept smelling like burnt rubber every time we used the fireplace. They cleaned the liner and removed some melted old gasket that was trapped. Smell totally vanished, thank goodness.

Zack and Alexander did an excellent job. They made sure my new damper was easy for me to use while maintaining its purpose with a nicely built new crown. The cleaning removed everything that had been left in the chimney from previous home owners. Will be using this company again.

Jacob came to give me an estimate to replace the mortar on top of our chimney and then install a chimney cap to eliminate rain and birds getting in the chimney. He was very professional and very conscientious at trying to meet our budget requirements. He was very knowledgeable and educating me on what needed to be completed and what he was recommending we do

Roy was the best tech ever - thank you guys for sending this guy.

Zack was so helpful. I am a new home buyer and know nothing about a chimney. He was able to let me know what was wrong, what was needed to get done, and the proper cleaning I needed. He also sent me an estimate so I can get things done at a later time. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I will also be contacting this company once we are ready to move on in the process. Thank you so much Zack.

In Texas, lying about a price and then making you pay a different (higher) price is generally illegal. It’s covered mainly by the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA
Or the owner or the stuff scam ppl! Not seeing anything saying it’s extra dirty! Say all kind of stuff like u will have to wait another month or it’s so dirty we need to use our $ 1000 chemical crap! For real!?!!!! I think it’s time so instagram knows these hero’s lol

Same experience as others here. Scheduled a $99 cleaning. They showed up, looked at it for about 10 seconds and said the buildup was worse than anticipated and it would be $1400 for a deep cleaning.

They also did not complete the inspection, because my roof was “too steep”. Thankfully I was not charged the $99.

Our experience with them included a deep smoke chamber cleaning from Johnson Chimney Company. The chimney sweep removed years of buildup and the fireplace smells cleaner already.

We were having trouble opening and closing the damper so these chimney specialists replaced it, and Mike explained how to use the new one. The chimney sweep tested it several times before leaving.

A woman called after my complaint and said they would refund my 800. But never did...BEWARE. I WILL CALL ATTY GENERAL AS OTHERS HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE. I have had the most unprofessional experience with this company. The technician that came out said that my wood stove pipe needed a deep cleaning because it was very bad with creosote. He did not have a camera that can go down and look. I asked for pictures. He said a regular cleaning was 300. The deep cleaning would be 1600. With the deep cleaning there would be chemicals used and brushing. The man sprinkled powder down the chimney. I said how does that get all the way down , he said he sprinkled extra. He waited 10 minutes, then brushed with a little brush for less than 5 minutes. I watched as nothing came out in the fireplace. He came in with a shop vac, "moved" the bricks over, still nothing. Vacuumed. I said that there was not anything that came down. That was 1600 per tech. Then to replace my cap was 1200. But when he started to INSTALL the cap he was pulling pieces off it to make it fit my cap. I stopped him and told him no. The entire experience was a total rip off. He was going to charge me 2800. I said that this was not right. I ended up paying 800. For nothing except my old cap being dented when he threw it off the roof. BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

I scheduled a $99 chimney cleaning and when Guy arrived the conversation quickly shifted to repairs and estimates totaling $2300 plus an additional $485 for cleaning. The upsell was so steep I declined it all and ended up paying $89.45 for the "inspection" and NOT even having my chimney cleaned. I will not be calling on this service again in the future. Beware!

Zack called and let me know when he would be at my house and was on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Im enjoying my fireplace already! Great people and company. Thanks

also scheduled the advertised 99 dollar chimney cleaning, but when the technicians arrived two hours late the conversation immediately shifted to repairs and estimates totaling more than $3,500 plus an additional $500 for the cleaning itself. When I questioned the estimate for a new capstone, which they could not even see due to the cover, they pushed payment plans and offered to call their boss for a possible discount. This all occurred before they conducted any real inspection of my chimney or firebox.

When I declined the work, I was charged $89.45 for an inspection even though they never cleaned the chimney or examined the chimney or firebox. I asked for the photos they supposedly took as well as the written estimates so I could make an informed decision. It has now been over a week, and I still have not received anything.

As they were leaving, one of the technicians pulled up a QR code and asked me to leave a 5 star Google review. He said I did not need to write anything, just rate them 5 stars because he receives a bonus for reviews.

I will not be using this service again, and I have reached out to request a refund.

We kinda forgot about chimney maintenance for years, so we booked a sweep with them finally. They cleaned alot out and left the place spotless which I didnt expect. WOW difference and SUPER smooth visit.

Borderline scam. Their advertised prices only appear to be there to get a technician in your house and then ask for more. I booked a chimney cleaning and inspection for $99.00, but then was told it was “extra dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in years” after he glanced up the chimney and required a “deep clean”so it would be $645 plus tax. I later verified nothing can be seen up the chimney by glancing up the chimney. I didn’t want to wait to rebook due to Christmas being soon, so I reluctantly agreed after they said they would repair a small mortar crack and add the damper clamp as well, thinking maybe a “deep clean” would take 3-4 hours. The time for the chimney sweeping was about 45 minutes, which is the same amount of time I have experienced in the past for any other chimney cleaning. The technician claimed a basic chimney sweep is only five minutes, which is a lie as ChatGPT confirmed an average chimney cleaning takes 45-90 minutes. Additionally I had booked air duct cleaning for “$199”, but the technician said it would “probably also be more” since those “probably” hadn’t been cleaned in years as well, without even looking inside. I refused this service as soon as I heard that. I had also asked about replacing the glass on the fireplace, which he said usually costs around $1500 for the two small panes, so I declined even getting a quote. When he saw I was unhappy he was still charging so much after spending average time cleaning, he discounted the price by 10%. I will not use this service again and do not recommend it to others. I called and complained to the company, who said they would inform the manager of my complaint. They said on the phone that the only difference between a basic clean and a deep clean is not the amount of time spent, but only if they use a cleaning chemical or not - ridiculous.
