They communicated clearly, were very professional, polite, paid close attention to detail, and really know their stuff when it comes to air systems. They took the time to show us before-and-after photos and kept us in the loop during the whole cleaning process. The team was friendly and easy to talk to, and my father-in-law had a great time joking around with them. Before they left, they walked my wife through everything they did and showed her all the access points. It’s such a relief to have a crew come into your home and leave such a positive impression—not just because of their excellent work, but also because of their friendly attitude. We really appreciate their effort in making our home’s air cleaner and fresher!

I am very pleased with the professional service I received from Cesar & Sons Air Duct Cleaning. Ruben and Jeffery were fantastic to work with. They arrived right on time for my air duct cleaning appointment and got started right away. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained each step of the duct cleaning process. After finishing, they made sure everything was clean and even replaced my furnace filter. Sam and Assaf were extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Sam responded right away, and explained clearly their inspection process and detailed any work we needed done and as to why. They came out on a Friday, had all necessary replacement materials by Sunday and our job was finished on Tuesday! They went above and beyond to ensure everything was up to code and no longer a hazard, including making our fireplace look brand new. Highly recommend!

Extremely professional and thorough. My hvac system was left on while my home builder repaired my entire upstairs floor and the entire system was full of sawdust and sticky paint. I called this company because my ducts were smelling a little odd. When I called them they were able to come within two days and clean my ducts.
They provided me with an affordable quote and explained the whole process.

Sam from Duct X recently helped us with maintenance and repairs to our chimney which were long overdue. Sam was very helpful throughout the process, explained all areas of concern and numerous possible options to correct. Service was top notch. Would definitely recommend Duct X to friends.

These people are a scam , I had spoke to some one when booking them to come clean my air ducts , someone cam out and looked at only one of my air ducts just one, with that he said they weren’t dirty he should of looked at all of them , then he proceeded to tell me if I wanted to clean my air ducts I need to schedule again because he didn’t have the equipment ,so what did he come out for ? Then he said but I can offer you a disinfectant clean for your system for 300!! ? Witch they use IN-cide disinfectant that cost $9 bucks at Home Depot I could have done that ! Well it didn’t help my family still have stuffed nose I should have just clean the air ducts but of course the guy that came out said let’s try this first and then we can clean the air ducts after just to get more money out of us !!! On their web site it says $35-75 for deep cleaning the air ducts the guy that came out said 79 for mine how did he determined that my where $79 like really no explanation what so ever ? My house is a small mobile home with 12 vents .

We had a different company out twice to clean our dryer vent, and they couldn't figure out what was tripping our dryer's heat sensor. DuctX had the equipment and expertise to actually diagnose and solve the problem. They were able to show me what was wrong & how they fixed it, and prove that hot air was making it through the system. We'll definitely use them for future dryer vent cleanings and air duct cleanings!

Johnny did a fantastic job! We had a hornet nest in our chimney and were afraid to use the fireplace. He cleaned it all out and we can finally have a fire on those chilly nights. He was fast, efficient and extremely friendly and polite. I will do business with this company again.

His proposal was significantly less than the large corporate HVAC company that initially identified the issue. His crew completed the job the same day, which is important when it's hot out. Duct X took care of my fireplace and venting issues. I have neglected to keep up maintenance of my fireplace, even though I use it every winter. Lately with Austin weather being so cold I was lighting a fire and had to open the windows due to the smoke inside my house. I called Duct X and the fixed the problem for me. The service guys were professional and friendly and explained everything to me that had to be done. The price seemed reasonable considering the situation.
