After a couple experiences with some less than reputable commercial repair services, Austin Industrial was a breath of fresh air. Fair prices and well executed repairs. Went above and beyond to perform same day repairs, and followed up the next business day on another minor issue with the equipment. Heard about them through a referral, and very thankful for that.

Last fall, we needed installation of a new walk-in freezer for a QSR. Mark's team was able to handle this affordably, without any problem, and with a high level of professionalism and friendliness.

Fast forward to last month, and unfortunately we had a major issue with the new compressor that was due to a manufacturer defect. Again Mark's team showed up the same day to take of it and they also handled all the requisite paperwork for the warranty claim.

Both times they've taken a very stressful situation and helped out tremendously. I highly recommend Austin Industrial Refrigeration and will be calling them exclusively for any future refrigeration needs for our business.

Just to clarify Mark- you forgot to mention your unit never worked for a day! May be some of your future readers will avoid your company just in case you are not truthful?

Poor initial install, improper sizing, poor service and overcharges for replacements if needed. Forgot to add float switch (said it wasn’t needed). It leaked all over and destroyed the wall, had to redo wall, stone and then install a float switch. Choose wisely. Quoted an integrated wine room system. Installed a custom built solution that is inferior and never performed well. I just found out it isn’t what it was supposed to be by looking at product numbers in the actual equipment. Never disclosed it.

The team was professional, competent, and courteous. I’ll be calling them if I need their services again in the future.

Contacted the company to clean our dryer duct and they were here the next day. This was their second visit to our house. As expected, arrived on time, performed their tasks and inspections and ensured a total clean up. They also inspected our HVAC and said the cleaning could wait another year. Any other company wound have done the unnecessary cleaning g and charged me for it. The owner was present and he is a smart, happy hard working guy. Totally recommend this company.
