Amazing service!

My rental property hvac system was struggling to run during some of the hotter days, my normal company kept charging me crazy prices. I called Driftwood and not only did they fix the actual problem, they save me from paying for the same problem over and over again. The exact issue they other people overlooked was a tiny hole/leak in my system that made my system struggle to keep temp as the outside temperature rose outside.

Driftwood Air Conditioning truly saved us. Both of our units broke at the same time, and we needed repairs ASAP. Not only did Driftwood come in with a better price than the competition, but they also completed the work in a much shorter timeframe.

John and his team were friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and the quality of the work shows.

A job done well is a job done right—and that’s exactly what they delivered. We couldn’t recommend Driftwood Air Conditioning more. Thanks again!

The technicians who came to my home were not only skilled but also friendly and courteous. They took the time to explain the entire process and answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease.

I don't understand how they got almost 5-stars! First they said that the cost will be this amount then they send me an email saying that the cost is now higher because "they were not being cleaned regularly therefore they are additional work that needed to be done." Umm, the tech person did not let me know when they did the service. In fact, they said the duct system are in a good shape. And I know that's bullcrap because we had them serviced less than 2 years ago. DON'T USE THEM!

This company is unprofessional and the service technician was incompetent. The technician said our fireplace had no gas coming to it and couldn't perform the service/cleaning. We then hired a licensed plumber who confirmed we did indeed have gas coming to the fireplace.
We've requested a refund several times and to speak with a supervisor but keep getting the run around.
I honestly have no idea how they could possible have good reviews.

AC works better now after the cleaning, house feels so much fresher.
