I highly recommend A-TX Express and Clark to handle any of your service needs. I had them out to update my electrical problems left from the sellers on the house on myself to pay and they were wonderful. Everything got updated and now everything works correctly. They also, especially Clark, kept us updated and took care of all the city paperwork, questions and gave me warranty and all the paperwork i needed for the future. I will recommend anyone to call A T X Express for any of their needs, they are awesome! :)

Our home warranty company was awful. But Tonya and Clark and their staff were awesome! They came back numerous times and helped us keep hounding the warranty company until they finally paid for a new outdoor unit, after trying several times to cheap out and just repair the old one. Other than our service charge with the warranty company (one time) and a one-time charge for freon beyond what the warranty covered, they never charged us for refills when it leaked yet again (with the old one), and are even coming out 6 months later for a courtesy freon check/top-off now that it is actually hot out, since we had it replaced in January.

The overall experience was frustrating due to the warranty folks, but I wouldn't want to deal with anyone other than ATX Express for doing the repairs.

I had a horrible experience with this company. American Home Shield chose them to fix my AC. I called on a Wed. They could not come until Friday. The technician said it was just a capacitor on the outside unit. He left without checking to make sure it was fixed. I called the office about 30 minutes later and told them I didn't think he fixed it.They told me it was normal for it not be getting cooler yet. So I went back to work. And came home at 5:15 to a 95 degree house! They were now closed for the weekend as they are only open until 3:30 during the week and have no emergency coverage after hours. I left a message and nobody returned my call. On Monday, I called them again (since nobody returned my call) and I asked them to send a different technician but they told me they could not. He came back and now told me I needed a complete new unit. It was ordered and I had to wait another week for the same technician (yes the same one) to install the new unit. Again he did not go in the house and check to see if the problem was fixed. The problem was not fixed! I left a message for someone to call me asap but it was after 3;30 so they were closed. Once again, I had to call back in the morning as nobody returned my urgent message. I told them that I wanted a new technician. Thankfully they sent someone else out who actually knew what he was doing. It was now 2 weeks in the Texas heat with no A/C. He came out and found out it was just a capacitor in the attic. So now I have a new unit that I probably didn't need. Very poor skill level on the technician and I am very disappointed in the customer service and level of care this company provided.If your home warranty company sends you to them, definitely ask for a different company.

Clark came out to service our AC unit today and wow were we pleased with his work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly followed with an accurate estimate of the repair charges. We have had several different technicians over the years service our AC but never have we had anyone take such great care to explain everything in such detail. I highly recommend A-TX Express and Clark to handle your service needs.

I really appreciated the "before and after" photos that the technician shared with me after the service. It was shocking to see how much debris was hidden away in the vents where I couldn't see it. Seeing the clean metal in the "after" photos gave me so much peace of mind about my home's health. This is a top-tier company that provides excellent visual proof of their hard work.
