Stand up guy! Came out next day (and on a sunday!) Without the OT rates fixed the problem quickly and explained it well along with a few tips to maintain my older (almost 20 yrs old) unit! Will be using him forever (his dog is awesome too!) Very reasonably priced you probably won't find a lower rated hvac guy

DZ provided without a doubt the best service I have had. Texted to request a repair and he responded plus arrived within an hour. Came up to the house and had the repair done in 15 mins. Extremely efficient and courteous. My new go-to.

Dave from DZ Comfort Cooling & Heat responded to our inquiry and fixed our problem with in one hour of calling him. The same problem at a previous home cost us $300. Dave charged us $160. His prompt response to our dilemma and highly competitive rates are not the only amazing aspects of our experience. His honesty, humility and ability to explain the issue in layman terms is rooted in a passion for his profession. The fix took less than 20 minutes but we will remember this experience for years. I called and went into voicemail but my call was quickly returned and I was seen immediately. This guy has integrity that is not seen anymore.

I called another company (Austin Air Conditioning Inc.) and they gave me a quote for $4500.00 to fix my AC unit (the same one the year before they charged me $1500 to change a coil that they swore would fix my issue.

My neighborhood has a Facebook page where people give and ask for recommendations. So many of my neighbors suggested DZ heating and cooling that I decided to give him a try.

Great service! Twice this summer of 2023 my AC units (upstairs & downstairs external units) went out during 100+ heat after running 24/7 for months on end. Each time I contacted Dave he came out and fixed the problem within a few hours of receiving my call. It ended up being capacitors both times so he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the repair parts in his van. Within minutes my AC was up and running again. His fees are very low, especially when compared to the level of excellent service he provides. Thanks again, Dave!

After dozens of days of 100 degree temps, the AC went out overnight. I called DZ Comfort Cooling & Heat at 7:30 a.m., while other businesses were still closed, based on neighbors' recommendations. Dave, the owner, answered the phone. He said he had very full day and not sure when he could come out, but would try. In the meantime, he gave me some tips to try myself. Sadly, none worked, but I very much appreciated the opportunity to try something. I went for a walk and returned to find Dave fixing the AC, just an hour after we talked. Within 15 minutes, the AC was back in business. He said he rearranged his day to be able to squeeze me. A capacitor had gone out, and the freon was also low. I watched him replace both. Freon was $100/lb, which he acknowledged was pricey. However, some service companies charge 3X that. The service call fee to come out was reasonable. Overall, I am very happy with the experience.
