We had high hopes for working with this company, but the experience has been deeply disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. The young representative who initially came to our door was respectful and hardworking, and we appreciated his effort—especially in the cold. Despite the high cost (which we now realize was excessive), we moved forward based on promises made by the salesperson: a rebate check (which we are still waiting for), a discount, and interest-free financing.

The installation crew was the only bright spot—professional, courteous, and tidy. However, serious problems followed. Shortly after installation, a strong, unpleasant odor began emanating from the heater, causing headaches and stomach aches for me and my children. Our concerns were repeatedly dismissed with "it will go away," as if we were at fault. We had to call multiple times and insist on multiple visits before the issue was addressed—and even then, it was only resolved in a marginally acceptable manner.

Now we are battling issues with the financing. We were explicitly told we had 25 months of interest-free payments, as long as we paid off the balance in that time. This was clearly presented as flexible, with the ability to make our own monthly payments provided the balance was paid in full within 25 months. According to the finance office, that’s not the case. Their terms are entirely different—and when we voiced our concerns, we were promised a call back that never came.

In short, this company over-promises, under-delivers, and provides poor customer service. The lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. We strongly advise others to look elsewhere and avoid the headaches and hidden costs we’ve endured.

This company’s employee or person representing them ignored my no solicitation sign on my porch and put their flyer on my door. First warning, do not step foot on to my property without my permission. I have video of employee if you want and picture of my sign.

Employees of The Chill Brothers have been knocking at my door every other Sunday morning throughout June and July (and now August) 2025. These people in bright blue shirts insist that they are not out to sell me anything, but would like to know if I might be pre-approved for HVAC renovations. This is obnoxious. Unsolicited knocks at my door from strangers on Sunday morning are just plain rude. The suggestion that you are not trying to sell me anything is obviously false and, accordingly, is insulting and also rude. I have not received services from this company but based on this experience, I never will. Rude and untrustworthy.
