They did an amazing job! They exceeded my expectations and now I love my yard more than ever! 100% recommend this company.

Every time these guys show up to my complex they make a mess. My car and all the others get covered with lawn clippings and leaves they carelessly blow all over the place. They also do a horrible job in general and don't clean up after themselves. All the debris they leave on the sidewalks and parking lot get tracked into our apartment. I'd rather have NO landscaping than these guys.

I would give it zero stars if I could. They damaged my vehicle by cutting grass too close to it. Worker gave me a fake company name I had to ask the Aprtment complex. Have been trying to contact them for days to get nothing back. Called police, would definitely not recommend using their services. Horrible unprofessional workers and office staff.

Disrespectful workers. Guys came to apartment complex to due landscaping on 7/23/2018 at the standard at Leander. Me and my dog entered the dog park area so she could potty and play. One of the guys comes up to the fence to cut the grass and starts yelling cursing when my dog barks at him. Mind you we were here first! He kept yelling and shaking his head I couldn’t hear him over the mower but when I asked him what is the issue he walked away. If you don’t like animals then maybe you should wait until we left the area to cut the grass.

This landscaping company is used at my apartment complex. They always party their trucks in the Fire Lane and block the entrance (every Wednesday). They make a two way driveway into a one way which risks people hitting head on. I have called Austin 311 and 911 hoping that they would be issued a ticket. They also don't even mow in front of my building. They use a weed eater which makes the grass uneven. They usually don't even blow the cut grass and leaves off of the sidewalk in from of my building as well. Very lazy and poor performance.

This company is very unprofessional and their services are terrible. They work on my apartment complex's property. By the looks of their work and also considering what has happened, it not only reflects on how lousy their workers are, but the owner of the company himself.

I parked my car outside of my building on Wednesday (Sept. 18) while they were working on the landscape around my building. When I returned back to my car, my windshield was cracked- it seems that a rock was kicked up causing it to hit my windshield.

I immediately called the company and it took 2 DAYS to hear a response. I finally got in touch with Susan their receptionist, that Friday (Sept. 20) and told her what had happened and that I was able to confirm with my apartment complex office that they were on the property that day. She seemed to be trying to get to the bottom of what happened she said she'd give me a call back on Monday (Sept. 23), which never happened. I called and didn't receive a call back until the following Tuesday (Sept 24). She tried to blame it on "kids being kids" in my apartment complex, she told me that there was no possible way a rock could've been kicked up, and she hung up. I attempted to call back but she stopped answering/returning my calls.

I then attempted to get in contact with the owner of the company, Seth. He was at the apartment complex the morning of Sept. 25th, so I stopped by the office, where he was talking to the manager of the complex. He REFUSED to speak to me personally and HID in their office, passing the message along through my apartment manager. I got his contact info from the complex office and he wouldn't answer/return any of my phone calls, so I left a voicemail. That night (Sept. 25) at 10PM, Susan TEXTED me to "verify" that they were not responsible for my windshield being damaged. Very unprofessional!

It's now been over a month and still have yet to hear back from anyone. They NEVER once came out to investigate the damages. I never got an answer as to how they were able to "verify" that they were not responsible for the damages. I just recieved a TEXT that "verified" they were not at fault.

They're very unprofessional and don't want to be held accountable for their mishaps.

This company does the landscaping at Ladera Apartments and their workers just don’t care about anyone’s property.
one of them scratched one of my vehicle and my husband saw it immediately contacted Seth and Susan and they haven’t done anything about it.
I do not recommend this company if you value your residents and want to save yourself some trouble. These people and their workers are completely irresponsible.
Now my other vehicle has more scratches that go all the way to the metal and they act like it’s the air doing it.

I have worked with Seth and his crew off and on for many years and the supervision and attention to detail was spectacular. Any additional requests were bid out with fairness and installs were completed with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommended.

The most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure of working with. They never completed the job and always left halfway through the job to go elsewhere. Seth is rude to his customers and does not want to listen when given constructive feedback. They canceled our service with a 5 day notice at two of our communities which says everything you need to know about how they conduct business. Use ANY other landscaping company to avoid the terrible position they have left my communities in.

These “landscapers” are a joke. They cut down all the bushes and rose bushes cutting all the flowers off and making them look like they’re dying. They blow debris all over your car with no regard to personal property … this company really needs to train their employees this is sad

Their workers busted out my car window.

This company services my apartment complex, and their lawnmowers ran over a rocky area and threw rocks that ended up busting out my window. I've attempted to call them several times but they don't answer their phones.

Update. the owner set up an appointment to get my window fixed and told me to go to the shop and she would take care of payment. I get to the shop and she won't answer the phone leaving me on the hook for the damages they caused to my car due to their negligence.

I hope this business becomes as bankrupt as the owners morals.

This company is the worst! I live in a supposedly 5 star apt complex and the lawn looks like a jungle. It's been 3 weeks since lawn has been mowed and the weeds are knee high. I've lived here 7 years and the last 6 months or so have been a nightmare! I'm gonna do everything in my power to get this lackluster company fired and replaced with a reliable company. I know many companies would love to have Camdens business.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Eduardo and it's safe to say that the place I call home is being taken care of by one of the best! I found out that he is our representative when it comes to the landscaping here and he and his team always do a great job!

Use our organic garden hose to spray herbacide, spilling it onto the hose. Onto the ground. Not acxeptable. 6/06/24, Still at it, contaminating, over pruning and destroying wild habitats here wvere I live. Can we give negative stars? Last year,5/2024, they were not licensed and contaminated me and my dog. Filed complaint with Dept. Of Agriculture. - 8/7/25

Drivers drive terrible. No blinkers, cutting off large commercial trucks, and rolling through stop signs; all on the way to Belara Apartments on 7/28/25.

They do work at our condominium complex. Jorge and Jacob take good care of us and understand our needs.

So far their service has been above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I dealt with another company for a year before interviewing multiple vendors for our property and I’m happy we chose Complete Landscapes.

They mow at the property I live at and last week when they were mowing a rock hit my windshield, I reach out to the company and they said they weren't going to do anything about it. The Rock was literally sitting on my truck.

Unacceptable behavior from both the crew and management. The workers broke my friend’s car window during a job, and instead of taking responsibility, the supervisor flat-out denied it and has been dodging calls ever since. Completely unprofessional. Ignoring the issue won’t make it disappear—own up to your mistakes. The lack of accountability is immature, and frankly, the supervisor should be removed from their position.

Complete Landscapes is top-tier. They handle the maintenance work at my apartment complex with great care and professionalism. They were also very courteous of their surroundings, ensuring minimal disruption. I highly recommend them!

I live in an apt complex in Austin, tx. When I moved in in Aug the landscaping and lawn was awesome and the landscaping company at that time was commercial grade quality. These yahoos are crazy! They will run over anything in their way and will not pick it up after they chew it up and spit it out all over the lawn. They speed over the lawn, the blades are obviously dull and the height of the mower is way too low. Today they gouged bald spots into some of the hilly areas of the property. The lawn all over the complex looks horrendous. They have totally ruined the lawn that was one of the original attractions of this property. I talked to the new property manager and he seemed totally unconcerned. I explained the damage they are doing. If I could give them negative stars I would. 1 star is too much. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unless you want an amateur chop job at commercial prices. This company has NO pride in the work that they do in the Austin Community.
