A good landscape design, construction, and maintenance company. If you need any landscaping done, they can take care of you. They are well versed in the use of hardy native plants.

Thanks to Erasto for taking care of the property I manage in downtown Austin. He is responsive and takes care of requests - even when they sometimes require a quick turnaround!

Clean Scapes has done a fine job keeping our property looking like a show place. Construction had some small troubles on renovation but it did get resolved. Great managers and crews to work with.

Great company that prioritizes serving their clients and employees. Appreciate that Clean Scapes is employee owned and all employees have stake in the results of their work.

My workplace hires this company to cut the grass/bushes around the property. They use a number of tools and machines, among them a string trimmer. I had an issue recently where a string trimmer was used literally 2 feet away from my car, resulting in grass pieces semi-permanently stuck to it. They tried to get it off with the leaf blower to no avail.

Needless to say, I was pretty displeased and called the company to complain and request a solution. I received a call back from Rob later that day and he rectified the issue with my car early the following week, so I am pretty impressed with their customer service (the green around our office looks pretty good as well).

We have not used Clean Scapes for landscaping services, but I need to share a wonderful experience with them. Two of their on-site mechanics changed my flat tire for me (and my two young kids with me). I would have had to wait 2 hours for a service to come help, but those two gentlemen were kind, respectful, professional, and quick. I cannot express how grateful I am for their help and kindness.

The over prune for money and do extreme unnecessary tree timming and tree cutting they use loop hole terms to make it seem like it’s necessary when it’s not. A lot of big companies use Clean Scapes and they aren’t actually seeing the malpractice that’s happening. That explains the positive reviews. Buyers beware and protect our trees.
They made my complex bare and took aware some beautiful foliage and it looks horrendous and they keep coming back to trim more.

They over trimmed the Cyprus trees and months later “had to cut them down due to disease” but that was causes from them over pruning

I tried to call 311 but they didn’t do anyone. Hopefully someone can help do something

Not a customer but their trucks are horrible at parking — if they put the same amount of care into their work as they do considerate parking I’d steer clear

They use very loud equipment and they are one of those groups that will randomly blow dust and pollen around with their gas powered leaf blowers.
Incredible noise polluters, don’t hire them! Use companies that aren’t so disruptive to the environment.

I’ve been using CleanScapes for over a year at our apartment community and had no major complaints until today. While waiting in line for the air pump at QuikTrip, one of their employees sped into the lot, screeched his tires, and came within inches of my car just to cut in front of me.

Seeing this kind of behavior while someone is in uniform reflects poorly on the company. It gives the impression that respect for others isn’t a priority in their culture, both on and off the job.

I couldn’t be happier with the work this company did on my walkway and landscaping! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and truly skilled at what they do. They listened carefully to my ideas, gave helpful suggestions, and turned everything into reality even better than I imagined. The walkway is beautifully designed, sturdy, and adds so much curb appeal to my home. Their attention to detail with the landscaping was also outstanding — everything looks neat, clean, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell they take pride in their craft. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality work on walkways or landscapes!

    Weeds weeds weeds.
    Service did no good.
Services came 2 times in 2 weeks, charged each time. We did not sign up for that frequent service,
Cancelled, they continued to come, and claimed we did not cancel. Cancelled 5 times
    Tired of them playing stupid.

Landcare provides poor service for Cibolo Canyons. They are under contract to mow, weed, trim bushes, etc. They mow and edge but thats about it (often late or missed weeks), and never preform the other services they are supposed to do.

overall HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. multiple calls needed to get things right in regards to when they would come out, etc. we have dogs and a busy schedule and needed them to work with us on that. they agreed, but then on the day that we decide, (which was a Friday),several times they came on a different day. we re-addressed the issue, and were assured that it would not be a problem. the last visit that we had with them,(27th of march) they had the technician call and let us know that they would be by between 2-5 that afternoon; sounds good. dogs were out in the am and would have them back in by two, and I even planned to be home in case there were any issues. WELL, didn't realize the technician was on Eastern Standard Time and not CST. he comes at 1pm, CST. I was home by 130p. He left the usual letter saying that he treated the front yard, did not treat the back because of the dogs and left. I was furious. called up the #, demanded to speak with a supervisor; was initially told that "they could not be bothered during the lunch break or meetings, etc................". Finally Trinity,(the supervisor), got on the phone, sympathized with the issue, supposedly sent a text to the technician, telling me that he would be in contact with me THAT DAY, to verify when he would be coming back that same day, to treat the backyard. I said ok. Well, what would you guess...........no technician, no call, no nothing. Still upset, I heard nothing over the weekend, gave a call on Tuesday, not hearing anything on Monday, and decided to cancel the service, but wanted a call back. The Representative could only tell me that they could put in a REQUEST for a call back in 24-48 hrs. What a joke, in regards to Customer Service. For such a large company, it surprises me that they cannot get lines straight and give a call back to remedy the situation.
