Used Trugreen for about three months with every scheduled appointment being rescheduled. The products these use work great, it's their lack of customer service that led to me cancelling my services with them. If you call and have to reschedule you don't reschedule someone at your convenience, you should make them the top priority for the next day. After it was rescheduled (about five days later) I received a call the day before my scheduled service like always, the next day came and they never showed. I even received a call that day saying they would be out to my house and still no one showed. I would not recommend Trugreen at all to anyone.

My lawns looks really plush and is filling out nicely. Right now the grass is turning a bright green as opposed to a dark green. My yard was aerated for the fist time ever and I thing that is making a difference. The specialist has always shown up on the scheduled day and appears to performing his job well. So far the value is good for what has been applied to date. My only concern is the color of the grass.

I am not at home when the specialist is at my home, but I have noticed that the grass on my lawn is always thicker and more lush than neighbors in the neighborhood. I have also notice that I do not have any weeds in my lawn. The specialist always leaves a notice on the door that he has been there, what he has done and what I am to do for improvements. I also love the 10% pre payment. It saves so much time.

The appearance of our Lawn has improved 100% since signing up with TRUGREEN. I believe the best deal is for a whole year at one time. What I really like is the fact that the service specialist's are professional and can answer any questions we might have. I like the scheduling service because you do not need to be present all the time. However, you can tell they did a superb job and they always leave a completed form on what they do. I can upfront tell you that the price we paid is paying off. I am always being asked what I do to my beautiful lawn and I say it is because of the Professional Team at TRUGREEN. We really never thought are Lawn would look so healthy and beautiful.

We have had partnership and relations with LandCare from the time it was True Green, for our community. we worked together and made our community great looks. The field people are great, and management WERE great until the Austin Management was changed in 2020. Since the new management took over, the responsiveness, trust between us and ethic on pricing and billing for added services depleted. As per our homeowner's suggestion, the new management is inexperience. They promised to provide monthly walk the community and make sure services are provided, it never happened. For simple irrigation repair suddenly their material price & labor hours increased by 3-4 times. And when we asked for clarification, their final answer "that is the price" and no detail provided. Again, their field crew were great but dealing with this new management, forced our HOA to look for another Landscaping company.

After recent historic flooding in South Texas, our lawn was beautifully green! Anyone that lives in Texas knows this is not a common event due to drought and heat. With that being said, with all the rain came an enormous amount of weeds! When Tom came out on our scheduled service day, we discussed my concerns in depth. He identified the problem, explained the proposed solution thoroughly and made sure to address any additional concerns. Three weeks later I am thrilled to say, 99% of the weeds are history! I cannot express how well this man represents your company. It can be a blazing hot Texas day, he shows up with a pleasant attitude and a smile on his face. He definitely has great knowledge of his job. There is not a weed, grass, etc. that he is unable to identify or can't offer a solution to. He goes over & beyond to make sure we are satisfied. My yard is his canvas and he takes such pride in caring for it. So, whomever may be reading this survey, you have a true asset in Tom. Take time to recognize his hard works and send him our gratitude please. My husband and I work in our yard quite often. Whether it's planting new plants or flowers, we love having a beautiful lawn. You wouldn't believe the amount of compliments we receive!! Walkers, runners, even neighbors driving by, stop to offer compliments. It's an awesome feeling! I definitely recommend and acknowledge TruGreen and the results we've had with your service. I explain it's a budget friendly way to keep your lawn looking beautiful and healthy year-round! In closing, thank you. Our lawn is a completely new lawn compared to when we started your service a few years back. We even received a letter from our Homeowners Association telling us how beautiful our yard is!!! Now, if only we could get everyone in this neighborhood signed up with TruGreen!

By the way.. This place deserves a million stars! And this is why! I walked in to that property NOT AS A CUSTOMER AND IM STILL NOT ONE!

The reason is this!! I stepped in to ask if I was allowed to be inside this property! The door was locked and I knocked! The person that open the door! Not only was beyond kind!

He tells me of course you’re allowed! After I ask I have my back pack and my Gatorade around the corner because I watered rest since I was walking!

The person not only said you are welcome! And offered me the place where not only I felt rested! But said this!!

We treat people like people and not as a Number or a customer!!!

And THAT ALONE
IF THIS PLACE GAVE ME CONFORT/ I also asked politely!

And he not only gave me confort

He made me feel special! And if this company can make a non customer feel special

They did a great job taking care of the grass and letting us know when things would be delayed due to weather. Took good care of me and making the yard look great as we were selling the house too! I appreciate it.

I highly recommend these guys, they are so professional and courteous, always take time to communicate any changes to the schedule, always responsive, always deliver on commitments, provide reasonable and straightforward quotes. I am very pleased with them, been using them for years and will happily continue.

Marathon has been excellent to work with! They worked me into their schedule quickly, and always notify me on the rare occasion that they need to come a day later than normal. They have never postponed services longer than one day.

The Marathon crew were fast, efficient and available on short notice. They did a great job with my flowerbed cleanup preparing my house to go on the market. The house looks like a Million bucks now!

These guys are great. Had them do a clean up and regular mowing--I don't think I've ever seen our property this clean, and the cost was totally worth it. Fast, responsive, and respectful. Would give six stars.

I called Zac for Yard clean up and his price was by far the BEST!!! ANNNNDDD, he and his crew did quality work. These are respectful, prompt young men and I will be sure to call them again.
