In addition to expanding the landscaping originally done by my builder's landscaper I've hired LWL to correct all the issues with the original installation. The expansion included additional planting materials, hardscape and lighting. I've been very pleased with their crew's professionalism. They've taken the time to educate me in the care and maintenance of the plants in addition to making recommendations to planting selections that will thrive is Austin's weather. I've been so very pleased with their work I've recommended them to my neighbor.

Land Water Light transformed our lackluster boring yard into a gorgeous oasis! From planning to finish, the service was outstanding. Kellan created the most beautiful plans including all our requests- xeroscape, Texas indigenous plants, etc. and his team executed with fine precision- not a detail went unnoticed including lighting, new sprinkler system... everything! They truly are experts when it comes to creating and delivering beautiful landscapes and if we ever move, we would absolutely use them again!!! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

I have been using Land Water Light for 4 years now. It all started when I wanted to enhance my landscape. The plan I was provided was awesome! At the time I was only interested in improving the aesthetics of my yard and never thought about having to relocate some sprinkler heads. That led to a complete assessment of my sprinkler system, which revealed numerous problems I was not aware of. Once repaired, my sprinkler system ran more efficiently and saved me money on my water bill.
I have continued to us Land Water Light for all my landscape, sprinkler and outdoor lighting. They really are the best!

We recently used Kellen and the Land Water Light team to spruce up the yard for our daughter's wedding. In short, they absolutely nailed it! The team was professional, communicated well, and hit all of the milestones in the project plan. Our work included landscape design & execution, irrigation, lighting, and even timing the flowers blooming for the day of the wedding! We were thoroughly pleased and will continue to recommend the Land Water Light team.

Becky and Lindsey have come to our rescue so many times improving our properties and making them more beautiful then we imagined. At the recommendation of our builder, we used Tropical Accents for the initial landscape design of our new home. Two years have passed and we continue to change and add to our landscape with the help of Lindsey at Tropical Accents. Lindsey is very creative, offers great design ideas, and provides an abundance of plant information. Lindsey is always accessible, a good listener, and provides outstanding customer service. Communication is excellent. Projects have always gone smoothly and have been completed on time.

The attention to a professional finished product is most impressive, as Lindsey and the Tropical Accents team treat our yard and landscape as if it was their own. Bottom line: we give them “five-out-of-five stars”!

Jessica took time and patience on computer visualizations for a total renovation of a garden into a backyard fire pit area.

Jose, Leonel and Martin showed up on time and stayed until the day’s job was done. They left the place clean and organized to return the following workday.

We were so impressed we continued to add projects, including a coyote fence for a total of stone work, fence work, building a carport and road work.

No detail was ignored. They were kind, considerate, prompt, and detailed oriented.

I had a good size project clearing Junipers and leaving the oaks on about 4 1/2 acres. It was just a bit to much for me by myself so I got some bids from various companies. Most companies wanted to bring in the very large shredders and I did not want to shred so Tropical suggested chain saws and a chipper. I am very pleased we went that way because the product left on the ground is much higher quality and can be left in several 5 yard piles without disturbing everything like a shredder would have done. Plus you can reuse the product in different parts of your property. Bottom line is the price was about the same but the job was left in its more natural state and looks better than having huge shreds all over the place. Definitely would use them again they were very selective in leaving the good trees and left the land in its natural state. They listened to what I wanted.

We used OES to landscape our backyard. The results are amazing and we keep texting them to tell them new things we love about the yard and our project!! The attention to detail by the team and the quality is truly unsurpassed by any vendor we've worked with on our house. We had a few issues that cropped up during the design and construction phases but I am very much of the opinion that it's not running into issues (which are inevitable with any major project) but how they are resolved that is the mark of a quality partner. OES worked with us through the issues to help get to a solution that worked for all of us. The communication was great from start to finish and everyone on the team was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. We'd definitely recommend OES!

This entire team, from the owners - Angelica and Matt who designed and charted out the plans - to the project manager Greg, to his whole crew - well we were blown away. They showed up on time (actually earlier before sunrise) and did this diligently every work day. The communication from the leaders were clear and often. The follow up on any open tasks was consistent. And the workmanship? Well, we cannot stop looking at our beautifully transformed backyard and pinch ourselves.
The OES team is like a team of Fairy Godmothers that made magical things happen. This project was a huge undertaking and they came up with creative ideas to transform our yard. We are already excited about doing another project with them down the road and have no doubt we will be so happy with the results. When we first started talking with OES, we just said "we want to put a pool in, can you help fix the rest of the yard?" Never did I imagine that we would end up with an entire outdoor living space and yard which was modern, unique, and totally matched the esthetic of our house. I loved working with Matt and Angelica on the design. Matt would take my vague, random thoughts, 100x them, and show me in 3D what it would look and feel like. His ideas were deeply thoughtful and creative. Angelica has so much knowledge of plants and kept everything on track and coordinated with the pool company and subcontractors. Greg and the whole crew were great during the build. If you want something truly special, talk with OES to make it happen—it completely transformed out house.

I highly, highly recommend Open Envelope Studio for any landscaping design and construction project. They did an wonderful job executing a very difficult task - I had been planning this landscaping project for the last couple years in my head and via hundreds of photos of things that I liked - they took all of these ideas and put them together into a beautifully executed design. The process with OES was great - Angelica and Greg led the design, and were a pleasure to work with. We had several rounds of design and feedback, which where presented in 3D and 2D models of the plan. They designed extensive metal work, fencing, concrete work, planting of ~250 plants/trees, trellis, an outdoor shower, lighting, and more. I was particularly impressed with Greg's design of the fences, and how Angelica and Greg worked with us to include all of the plants and trees we wanted. Blake managed the execution of the project, and was a pleasure to work with - highly communicative, and quickly addressed any issues we raised. The OES team was great about some additions we made during the execution phase, and were thoughtful in working with us on the budget for the project. They are great people who deeply care about the quality of their work, and it really shows in the end product. Thank you Angelica, Matt, Greg, Blake, and Damon for turning our dream for our outdoor space into a reality!
