Exceptional attention to detail, in both the design and build phase. Dorian was able to blend modern landscape elements with a more classic craftsman home, and the results are beautiful. He brought a strong design perspective and point of view, but also listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish for the family -- and he nailed it.

We used Colectivo's design services and enjoyed our experience. It was just what we needed for inspiration, a jumping-off point for executing on some much needed back yard upgrades (including the remodel of 3 different spaces). Dorian incorporated our requests and ideas, but put his own eye behind thoughtful suggestions and detail. Being that we were just design customers, we could have used more specificity in terms of how many iterations we would get to work through. And though Dorian was highly attentive for the first round, it seems that a demanding schedule and time constraints distracted from more thorough follow-through. Regardless, we would certainly be open to exploring future projects with Colectivo and would refer to friends!

Dorian and Colectivo Creative helped transform our outdoor space. We decided to use them after seeing what an amazing job they did on our friends outdoor project. We had a negative sloped backyard that was completely unusable. They helped tier the front and backyard while creating an amazing space for us to entertain. They also created drainage to move water away from the foundation. Colectivo Creative was very reasonable with their pricing and never felt like they we’re taking advantage of us. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out. Dorian and his team have been very responsive coming back out to take care of any loose ends after the project was completed. We will definitely use Colectivo Creative for our next project and already refer them to friends.

I was also very pleased with how communicative and clear he was throughout the project. This was my first major home upgrade, so I had a ton of questions and concerns. Dorian and his team were wonderful to work with! Dorian was extremely communicative and patient as we went back and forth between design ideas. His creative input allowed us to create the backyard space we wanted, complete with a screened in porch, covered patio and concrete pavers. He was respectful of our budget and transparent about costs. The team was detail-oriented and always ensured we were happy with the outcome. We were so pleased with the quality and detail that midway through the project we decided to update our front yard as well. We will absolutely use them for future projects!

Colectivo Creative is the perfect one stop solution for any project. They completed a refresh of my front yard including a new fence, porch and landscaping.

Dorian and his team did an incredible job on my landscaping! After our first meeting when I gave him lots of input on what I wanted, he came back with a design that I absolutely loved. He completely nailed it on the first round! He heard everything I wanted and captured the vibe perfectly. And then the build started. His crew was at my house literally every day until it was completed. I was very impressed with how organized and on top of every detail they were, and the quality of workmanship for all of his crew and subcontractors was impressive. My project included decking, concrete work, steel planters, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, irrigation, lighting, planting, etc., so pretty much anything and everything. Beyond that his rates are very competitive. I cannot recommend him highly enough! I am a real estate agent and am now referring him to all my clients.

Dorian, Lindsay and the entire Collective team are amazing! I've used them twice in the last year for big projects (backyard and front yard) and they knocked them both out of the park. I recently moved to a house and I dont have a lawn mower I called over the weekend and was provided an appointment Monday. My grass was cut and trimmed very neatly and Jonathan was very quick and provided a great service

They always do an excellent, professional job. I live at the end of a circle, so my front yard is a big L shape. They knock it out quickly. I could not be happier :)
