Had an unfortunate encounter with a couple of landscape theory studio designers that requested multiple estimates for various different hardscape projects. My guess is that they were not sure how to charge their customer so they resorted to 3rd party subcontractors estimates. Unfortunately, this company will use subcontractors to run up the prices on their customers. I would stay away from them as their prices are surly inflated.

We contacted the Studio after seeing one of their garden designs in the Central Texas Gardener TV show. During the initial site visit, staff made numerous suggestions for hearty, native plants to add variety and to enhance our existing landscape. Within days, plans arrived with proposed plant photos, locations and numbers required. Prior to installation, another site visit allowed for review and alterations to the original plans. Project management and implementation were smooth, timely and efficient strengthened by a professional, hard-working, affable crew producing beautiful results. We highly recommend Landscape Theory Design Studio.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone at Landscape Theory! I couldn't exactly put into words what I wanted for our yard but it's like Heidi could read my mind and when she showed me the plan she came up with, I immediately loved it. We wanted a couple of additions to our backyard landscaping, a rock border to the grass, and river rock to enlarge a "dry creek" intended to reduce erosion. This was completed in two days. Everyone on the crew was nice, and when I brought up a change I had discussed with the designer, they were agreeable and made it happen though they hadn't been advised of it. The added border around a mulched area came out better than I had imagined as they tapered the rock to ground level at both ends. Along with some cleanup and new ground cover, the yard looks better than ever.

We recently completed renovations on the outside of our home, and we wanted to upgrade our landscaping after years of neglect, especially since February 2021-22 freezes. The design experience was great as Heidi worked closely with me to make sure the plan captured everything we wanted. We did have a major setback when we learned right before the project began that one of our septic tanks had a leak and we had to replace one of our tanks which involved tearing up the area in the back where we were going to put in new sod. TJ, the project manager, provided awesome customer service, checking in daily and making site visits to make sure we were satisfied with the progress of the work. Overall, it’s clear this is a team that takes pride in their work and wants to make sure their customers are satisfied.

We have an established landscape, but many plants had died due to freezes and hot weather or were eaten by deer. Heidi created good plans for the barren areas and suggested areas for adding rocks. The design also involved sod installation and solved our problems with erosion on a sloped lot. Their installation team is top-notch, true professionals. Together we made some changes during planting, and my ideas were welcomed. In the spring the maintenance team returned to pull weeds which was a big help! TJ has kept in touch with us about any future needs, which I appreciate.

Landscape Theory Studio was fantastic start to finish. A wonderfully talented team with timely and clear communication through the whole process. The crew was professional, friendly, and brought the design to life. I now have a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy for years! I would highly recommend them for high-quality work with a personal touch!

We bought a new construction house on a big corner lot and quickly realized that the builder had done the bare minimum landscaping (crepe Myrtle’s, some grass and some gravel beds). Worked with Rain Lily on a complete overhaul of our front yard and backyard privacy screening. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and with our choice of company. From the beginning Meredith was great to work with - including multiple iterations of scope and detailed cost breakdowns. Laurie was our day to day project manager and we just loved working with her and the install crew. Love what we already have and can’t wait until spring when everything comes to life. Can’t recommend Rain Lily enough.

Brother's Land and Waterscapes has consistently delivered high quality and reliable service. Jared maintains our 3 acre property beautifully, and is very reliable and easy to communicate with via text. He even helped us level ground for an above ground pool. His partner also did a great job cleaning out our pond. I would highly recommend their services for any landscaping needs!
