My experience was good, I was looking for outdoor sun plants and many of them needed watering. Quite a few where dry . Please have them water . I do not mind walking in water.

It was nice to be out in the sun and get gardening. Gotta replace those dead plants on my patio from the winter storm. Home Depot had a variety of nice plants.

Very satisfied with the Red mulch I purchased also a lady named Amy Sanders I believe is her last name loaded the 8 bags on the truck and she was very happy to help me

Since moving to our house in South Austin, we have visited this HD a lot. It has always been a great experience - from customer service to quality products on hand. When returning items, it's a pretty seemless process. BARBARA at the customer service counter was especially helpful and sweet. FRANK in the lawn/garden department has always gone out of his way to help us out. THANK YOU!

Customer service is lacking!

We were looking for some 9 gauge wire. We asked on staffer who was standing around where to find it. He told us it is would be on one of the hardware aisles. At least he had the courtesy to say there were 3 or 4 aisles in the hardware section. No offer to help us locate the wire.

Asked another guy who suggested we look in gardening or electrical.

After 20 minutes we found what we were looking for on our own.

I do want to say that these were 'mature' individuals. I know many people blame young people for copping an attitude toward customers. It's no wonder where they learned it from.

Hey, Home Depot - your people on the floor make or break your brand!

The prices on stone and brick are consistently wrong, and you have to argue with multiple employees to get a manager over to adjust them to the correct pricing. I used to love Home Depot before I owned a house and started relying on them to honor accurate pricing.

A little more than I wanted to spend but the herbs and vegetables looked really good. The lavender is definitely happy

NOT ONE employee could answer even a basic question. I told one employee to call his manager and find out the answer about a service they may provide and what he did was go talk to another cashier. They both approached me and said the manager probably wouldn't know. I told these teenagers I need a simple yes or no answer and to call the manager. In the end they talked to another teenage employee who said he'd help. At every turn, I found 5 employees who knew nothing about basic products like screw sizes or services like helping to tie an overloaded trunk shut. They hovered and that was it.

Home Depot has always been the store with the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not this time TRAIN YOUR BABY AGED EMPLOYEES!!!

Honestly I go to buda because of the customer service here. The store is not taken seriously, from training up it needs help. I frequent Home Depot and honestly end up at Lowe’s for half my needs now. They are failing on serving their customers simple as that. I don’t post this easily, cooperate hasn’t been notified but they should and I might if it doesn’t improve.

Not 24 hours. Closes 10pm. Drove 30 minutes because it was the only store 24 hours according to Google.

Says it’s open 24Hrs, big cap!!!! That’s a lie. All Walmarts I know of now close at 11PM. Their competition also closes at 11p. If Walmart was smart they would stay open till 12am or 1am. But I guess they loose more money. Who knows.

We had a great experience with Enrique and his team! We had them tear out our existing sod, level the yard with new compost and install new sod. The end result was impressive and completely transformed our yard. Enrique was communicative throughout the entire process, provided us with a detailed estimate for the work, and was fairly priced. His team was also courteous, arrived when scheduled, and did a great job with clean up. We will not hesitate to hire Enrique for future landscaping needs.

So pleased with the help I got today from Enrique and his crew! I needed a big boulder moved and leaves bagged. Enrique just quoted me for what I needed and did not try to oversell! I love this. They Showed up when they said they would be here and did a great job!

Excellent work done by Enrique and his team. Preparation to Installation all went well. Team acted professionallly and completed all work as per plan. Cleaned up all area before leaving. Expecting outstanding results in few wks.
