I had a very mysterious leak in a room in my home and after two trades came to try and figure it out with no luck, I got in touch with Rob and he came immediately and assessed the situation, figured it out and then fixed it whilst explaining all of it to me!
This was one crazy situation that resulted from an error which occurred from someone that installed my Starlink!
Thank goodness, I found someone that could think outside of the box. Brilliant!

I called McDowd plumbing the first time to replace my grinder pump. He scheduled me in the next day. He was on time, his work was efficient and he used high quality materials. Once finished I had him look at my Hot Water heater and got a quote. I found his quote was less than one I had already secured. Once again, the installation went well and Rob will be my “go to” any time I am in need. Thanks again! By the way, no relation, lol.

I had a strange case house leak that only appeared sometimes. Rob was relentless in seaching for it and duplicating conditions that were causing the leak so that we could be sure it was 100% fixed. He also took the time to help us locate our city main shut off and educating us on what to do if a leak ever occurred again. He cared about tiny details and made sure my house was put back better than it was when he left. Definitely my go to for all house plumbing needs! Thank you, Rob!
