Just recently had Eddie back here to do some emergency work after we had an issue with our gas piping. Eddie got the job done basically within a day so we wouldn't be literally left out in the cold. Needed a part that was out of stock and he went to the ends of the earth to find it for us. Not even exaggerating there. This is why we only call Rooterman for any plumbing work!

Had Eddie over for a leaking sink disposal and was super quick to diagnose and fix it. Also asked about and helped with a few other minor plumbing issues I had been putting off getting looked at. Thanks a ton!

They were quick and professional. Eddie was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the extra time to discuss the extent of the damage, coordinate with other folks for work outside his scope, and how to maintain our new system.

Eddie was honest and explained everything. I had a corroded shower faucet that did not want to easily unscrew because of the corrosion buildup. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the shower faucet. In this case it was money well spent to avoid a major pipe bust if I removed the faucet. I highly recommend Eddie for your plumbing needs.

2nd review for equally excellent service from Rooterman Austin-Flawless Fixers. While on another job my plumber, Jason, pointed out that my water softener was likely not performing at peak performance. He gave me a no pressure quote and let me be.
I pulled my finances in order and easily booked an appointment with the very friendly office staff.

I received text updates, including a picture of the person to expect, which I appreciate.

Eddie was my plumber for the water softener replacement. He did an awesome job, explaining what he was doing. And he pointed out that my water heater had started to leak. Awesome.

The job turned out to be more expensive- replacing a water heater isn’t exactly chump change- but I was able to get financed without issue- do check how much the finance company offers you- it may be significantly more than the quote, but you’ll be on the hook for whatever amount you sign for. The financing is through another company so not a reflection on Rooterman-Flawless- just be mindful how much you’re signing up for as a loan!

But I was really glad to get two jobs done in one day. I highly, highly recommend Rooterman-Flawless Fixers!
