I'm sad to write a not-so-good review as they were a referral from a long-time trusted company. I emailed from their website form for a bathroom remodel project, never heard back. So then I called, they did come out, promised an email, never sent it. I called again, emailed a couple times, and never heard back.

I called Redbud Plumbing after unsuccessfully trying to fix a slow-draining bathtub. From the moment I spoke with Chris, I was impressed. He was kind and professional and gave me an ETA. Dilan arrived on time, quickly solved the problem, and showed me the culprit—an old-school stopper that was stuck in the overflow drain. I'm thankful to have been referred to them.

Redbud is the best! We had tried another company at first, and they did not fix the problem, but instead left us with a huge mess and big estimate to fix it. We gave Redbud a try and they returned our calls quickly, arrived at the house on time, identified the problem right away and efficiently fixed it with no mess or fuss.

We will definitely use them from here on out! These folks know their stuff.

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.
We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.
We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.
Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.
One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.
Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.
Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. It's great to have this peace of mind & I'm so happy with them!

This plumber was a great find! They called us back quickly, arrived on time, and diligently solved our tricky clogging problem using a straightforward and well explained approach. I was impressed by their knowledge and grateful they were able to help us so quickly. Their rates are affordable too. I am sure we will use them again, they are excellent.

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway 😬 Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Redbud Plumbing is the only place I use for all my plumbing need. I trust them to get things done right the first time and at a reasonable cost. I really can't stress enough how important that is!

I was in desperate need for a new alcove bathtub for a remodel I was doing. After wasting days checking the big box stores and looking at overpriced junk, I thought there had to be a better way. I contacted Chris over Redbud Plumbing for some advice. I realized that this was more fixture related issue than actual plumbing issue but my thinking was that with the experience these guys have, surely they would be able to point me in the right direction on a quality product. Chris took the time and came up with a few options in my price point. He provided a detailed overview of each option which made my decision so much easier. He ordered it for me from one of their suppliers and I had my tub installed a few days later. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Chris and Redbud plumbing. You guys are fantastic!

My wife and I went with Redbud Plumbing after another plumbing company failed to resolve a tree root problem with our sewer pipe. Redbud was prompt, courteous, mindful of COVID precautions and explained what they were doing perfectly. They had the right equipment to get the job done, and left my front yard in good shape. Redbud Plumbing is an amazing service that fixes your sinks, tubs and toilets in record time and is extremely reasonable in pricing! The owner, Chris Siebenthaler, is polite and responsive everytime I call him to schedule an appointment when something goes wrong with any old part that needs replacing in my home that was built in 2012. This is the third time I have hired Redbud Plumbing to help me out. Lon, an excellent plumber/technician and amazing human being, just left having cleared a sink drain in one my three bathrooms. He then replaced a Fluid Master float device to stop the water running in one of my toilet tanks in the same bathroom. Lon then removed a water restrictor to increase the water flow coming from my shower head. He double checked all the lines behind the toilet to make sure they didn't need replacement parts, and even removed a bunch of hair that was inside my tub drain, then poured crystals into the opening with hot water so they would dissolve down into the line. I highly recommend Chris, Jason and Lon to get it right the first time. I can now rest assured that all three of my bathrooms will be good to go for another 12 years.

Lon and Niko were fantastic in servicing my master bathroom drain. I've used Redbud Plumbing since the snow storm 2021. Chris was diligent in finding me a tankless water heater when options were limited. Redbud is my go to for all my plumbing needs.
