Josco is unlike any other shop in Austin , if you have an issue with any kind of faucet , and they can't help you , no one else can either.

Ever since krump closed down and made it a little more difficult to find my plumbing parts. Sometimes Grainger is just to darn expensive.

The prices are good but the manager and this store gave me the wrong product, so I took the toilet bowl back for refund when I asked him to order the right product he said that they had the bowl in Texas but it had to be shipped to them and it shipping cost was more than what the bowl cost, I used to work for Airborne Express and I had a FedEx business account that price for the shipping (in State) was wrong so I went to Home Depot and found the complete toilet for a cheaper price.

Very helpful in locating a "faucet handle" for a clawfoot tub.

No one is better than Josco with hard to find replacement parts or knowledgeable staff.

Didn't answer first phone call. Second call answered but completely uninterested in customer service. I won't bother them again when I replumb my home.

Bought a faucet from these jokers and the retaining ring wasn't on neck. So they say i need to buy another one and go through company for warranty.

STAY AWAY, unless you like someone taking your money then ignoring you when you have a problem with the merchandise. You will be promise a phone call and will never receive it. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them a negative 5. Worst customer service. NO follow through.

The staff is courteous Mindful and are willing to help you with any of your plumbing issues if they don't have the parts they'll tell you where to go to get them cannot recommend enough

When our 20-year-old Toto toilet developed a leak, my husband took the tank to Josco Plumbing North on West Powell Street, where staff outfitted the tank with the newest technology, replacing obsolete parts. All my husband had to do was screw in the parts and bring the tank home. Many thanks to Josco North, our favorite plumbing supply store.

Let me start with... I'm not a plumber, just a DIY homeowner. We lost the set screw for our Delta Trinsic shower handle and they supplied me with one after failures by the big box guys. Very friendly and $3.00 later I even had a spare one. Wife is happy shower handle works and I get credit. Win, win, win. Thank you Josco.
