They were closed on an icy day, and I stopped by and the nice man let me get some pipe insulation anyway!

If you're a DIY'er, skip this place. You'll get no help (not even a greeting) from the staff. The best guidance i got there was from another customer - his advice was to go to Crumps on Burnet. seriously, don't waste your time with these unhelpful - downright rude - people.

Was nearly plowed into by one of these drivers. Evidently allowing vehicles to merge isn’t in their policy even when the vehicle has the opportunity to safely get over. They’d rather just floor it and force you to exit or run off the road.

As the other reviews state, the staff was uninterested and unhelpful, but the prices were what got me. Copper fittings were priced 5 times what I could find online, with no justification (like material or fabrication quality) for the price increase. Will not be coming back.

Let's start with the positives...the store is downright gorgeous and the selection seems wide from my casual walk around. The store seems like a one-stop-shop with fixtures, lighting, sinks, tubs, hardware, etc. However, the woman working behind the counter was really unwelcoming, intimating, and irritable. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt -- maybe it was a bad day, maybe she had just dealt with a rude customer right before me, maybe she is juggling difficult life circumstances, or maybe her job stretches her too thin. I have no clue. What I do know is that I felt really uncomfortable in her presence -- she never returned my smile with a smile and showed little (by little, I mean no) interest in my inquiries as a new customer. Her communication with me was short and full of (unnecessary) attitude. I will not be returning to purchase because customer service is really important to me.

Cameron listened patiently to my bathroom plumbing issues and assisted me with my part purchase. My compliment for his five star customer service. This store was professional and customer-friendly.

Both times I’ve been there, counter help was of no help. They didn’t make an effort to try to help me determine what all I needed to find the part I was looking for. They could only help if I had part numbers for the part I was looking for, which numbers were no longer visible. Glad I didn’t purchase anything from this store.

Absolutely excellent service from Mike Goetz. I have very little knowledge of anything to do with plumbing but Mike was over the top helpful, very patient and spent a lot of time searching for a solution, looking for parts and phoning up the parts manufacturer on my behalf. Thank you very much.

I went in expecting to replace a shower valve part that had seized up, but Mike showed me how to fix it myself. I went home and did as he explained, and ten minutes later I had a working shower again. Great service; I appreciate his patience and expertise!
