Easy folks to work with. There is no dock, however, if you pull up facing West, they can get you unloaded fast enough.

I really like being able to buy commercial/industrial grade cleaning supplies. Their mops..brooms..etc last 10 times longer and do a much better job than the wimpy ones available at must retail outlets. They cost a bit more but being able to use the product for 10 or more years more than offsets the cost difference.

Very unfriendly. No greeting. No eye contact. No smiles. No offer to help, even when I was ready to pay. Strange experience. I'm a DIY guy, not a pro, so may be they don't want my business.

They had some specialty pieces I hadn’t seen before, which helped me better conceptualize solutions to my needs. But, the reps we’re not knowledgeable enough to help brainstorm my retrofitting concerns … AND… I found the prices to be unreasonable - 3x more for a $10 fitting down the street. :( I highly recommend other LOCAL plumbing suppliers.

Call ahead! There's a south Austin location and a north Austin location. The north Austin location has a larger inventory, but only the south location had the parts I needed in stock. So call to check before you go.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
