This company is extremely rude. The man on the phone was laughing at my wife when she tried to explain the issue we are experiencing and then hung up on us. This company does not value customers or take your issues seriously.

Had an experience with an extremely unprofessional technician. Ben Stein isn't my real name. Just remember that when you drive like a psycho, pass people illegally, tailgate people, fly through pedestrian stoplights without stopping, etc., it's all on dash cam these days. If you don't want negative reviews on your unsafe driving, maybe don't use your company truck with giant advertisements all over it to drive like a madman. Your actions have consequences. You could hurt someone someday.
