When I called these guys after a failed pressure regulator valve, they came right out. They made a quick fix and hoped that would resolve the issue, sadly it did not. Not their fault. Called Tommy the next morning and he sent the guys right out despite a full schedule and got us all fixed up. Our water pressure is better than it’s been in years! So thankful for these guys!!

Ryan was absolutely outstanding! After experiencing a clog in our sink, Ryan came out to diagnose the issue. Turns out we needed more than an unclogged drain, but Ryan and his team were fast, efficient, and so nice! Prompt customer service and a fantastic job.

Rebecca and Ryan were on top of things, got the job done quickly, and charged a fair amount considering it was same day service. I would definietly recommend them to others.

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had. He even texted me after the job was done to let me know it was completed and when we would have hot water again. Very impressed!

Wow! A plumber that gets to a house call within 24 hours. Calls to confirm that they are on time and on the way. Does a quick, clean repair job. And sends a fair bill by email that I can pay online at my convenience. Why would you call anyone else?!? I know I won’t. Westmoreland rocks!!!

I can't imagine why anyone would use a plumbing service other than Westmoreland Plumbing. What a great company! Tommy is honest and fare....he lets you know how he arrives at the price and cautions against possible issues that are unknown until the work begins. Gilbert and Robert showed up on time with masks and were amazing! In 2 hours they installed 2 new toilets along with a dishwasher I purchased from Costco. They hauled off the old toilets AND OLD THE DISHWASHER! (Long story about Costco who dropped the ball on the install. Third time I've used them for appliances.....always a problem). But with Westmoreland there was no problem - nothing but solutions. Don't bother researching other plumbers....I've done that for you. Just call Westmoreland!!!

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this company. I Short Term Rental my home due to everything being so expensive these past few years and reviews in that business is extremely important. My kitchen faucet had a catastrophic failure the very last moment as i was leaving. I called Westmoreland who understood my situation and dispatched a tech who immediately responded and arrived with the correct internal components to repair the faucet with-in 3 hours, all before my guests arrived. I am very grateful for their exceptional service!

Our experience with Westmoreland Plumbing has bee top tier. I contacted them over a year ago, in search for a plumbing company for an organization I work for. We kept their information on file, until the likely event we would need them for services. When I called to collect a W-9, rate sheet, and COI, they were super responsive and quickly provided what was needed to do business with them. I called back on 5/13 because of a clogged drain, and they sent a tech the next day. Sean was on time, very communicative, called before and upon arrival, and gave me tips on how to prevent the clog from reoccurring. He also took time to check other drains to make sure the issue wasn't going to occur with other sinks. We will definitely continue to do business with them. Thank you!

My mother has used this plumbing company for almost 15 years and has always had great service at a fair price. (We’ve been through a dozen terrible plumbers in the same time). I’m a little outside their service area but had an emergency (leak filling a 5 gallon bucket every hour) and called them. Tommy had Sean to my house in less than an hour and he stopped the leak and bypassed the problem so we can still have water until our part arrives. Sean was willing to order the part, but also was totally fine with me calling the water filter company and ordering it myself and just calling to schedule the install when it arrives—zero pressure! He also pointed out some dangerous piping done by the person who installed the tankless water heater. They conveniently invoiced me by email right away and their service fee and hourly rate were very reasonable. If you are lucky enough to become their customer, they will do right by you. Scheduling process was smooth, helped diagnose likely culprit over the phone which helped reduce troubleshooting on site. Very professional, no attempts to upsell, just good honest quality work. And even respooled garden hose which was a little gesture that underscores attention to detail and customer first. Well done!

I've been using Westmoreland Plumbing for several years to primarily respond to tenant issues. The thing that I really truly appreciate is their transparency. They charge by the hour plus materials. I recently had a gas hot water heater go out and I immediately called WP and they responded two days before Christmas for diagnosis only. Because of the severity of the problem (leaking water heater), they scheduled me EARLY the next morning (Christmas Eve.) as they already had a full schedule. At first the charge seemed high but after realizing that they had to bring the system up to code including CO detector, pressure relief tank, pan, and parts. Their service was actually a very fair price and I'm grateful that they took care of me during Christmas. Thank You!!
