Submitted an online contact request (on a Saturday) regarding getting a quote for replacing my old tank-type water with a tankless-type. Within minutes I got a friendly call from Gilbert, who let me know that he's not working with tankless water heaters currently, but offered a recommendation for another local family-owned outfit that does. Great customer service!

Gilbert is the best. As a young new homeowner, he takes time to explain things to me and does not try to overcharge me on things I don't need when he completely could. I am so happy to have found him, and I highly recommend him! He also loves dogs.

I had a plumbing problem that had been going on for a week. I burned through two contractors not returning calls and breaking appointments. Then I called Blue Dragon. Wow! what a difference. After setting up an appointment, Gilbert called me back a few minutes later and said he had a free tech that could come now! I'm sorry, but that never happens. I was actually stumped at first- not believing what I was hearing.. 3 hours later - problem fixed. Gilbert and Matt at Blue Dragon have restored my faith in customer service. Its good to know there are still companies who care about their customers.

I just have to give a huge shout out to Gilbert at Blue Dragon. He has replaced both my water heaters and most recently replaced my Pressure Relief Valve. He does great work, at a great price and most of all is a genuinely nice gentleman who has always been super responsive and helpful when I email him with plumbing questions. He gives me very thorough information and I appreciate him so much. You won't go wrong calling him for your plumbing needs.

Gilbert and Matt are fantastic! We had another plumber do some work because the insurance company required we use a specific company. They didn't get a single thing right. After two unsuccessful visits and fighting with the insurance company we decided to pay for the repairs ourselves and get it done right. Blue Dragon came in, identified the issues and got them fixed quickly and accurately. I would highly recommend Blue Dragon Plumbing!

I think Blue Dragon is about a 4.6 or so, so I've rounded up to 5. I had a shower faucet that leaked into the shower. I had tried to get the handle off myself for the repair, but it wasn't budging, so I decided to call a professional. Truthfully i changed my mind three times before picking Blue Dragon. In addition to the shower issue, we had two outside faucets (aka hose bibs) that would drip a bit in colder weather.... i wanted to get those serviced, suspecting an old washer or crown packing,. Last on my list were the valves to my two toilets. I hate multi-turn valves when there's a bowl emergency (about to over flow), and the crowns also leak a few drops in certain positions.

With that list I used the Blue Dragon web page contact form on a Wednesday night to place my request. The next day I got an email from the owner (Gilbert Jimenez) detailing his fees and proposing an afternoon visit. I took it, and one of his crew, Matt, was calling promptly at 12:30 to say he was on his way.

My wife was on site when he visited. I had to walk him through the wish list a bit again by phone, and he recommended it would be cheaper to replace the outside faucets rather than repair them, I agreed. My wife says he moved quickly from task to task. He had a bit of trouble getting the shower handle off to, but quickly came to a solution and took care of it.

All the work was done with two hours of billing (including their standard 1/2 hour for travel).

When I got home there were a few detail points that I though needed further attention. I put another request in on the website and promptly got a followup call from Gilbert. He took my 'notes' with no push back and Matt was able to drop by again the next day to address the details.

I am very pleased with Blue Dragon's service. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends. I am particularly pleased with their suggestions that were different from my request, but saved me money. They were able to use a couple parts I had in my 'plumbing' box. They were very conscientious about being on the clock and moved swiftly from task to task. And, when I had a couple concerns about the work, they came back promptly to do the fix on their nickel.

One suggestion for them is to find a web based contact system that sends the client, by email, the message they leave in the contact form. There was one point in the project when my wife asked "didn't you tell them XYZ", and I thought I had, but I couldn't confirm it. Until then, before you hit 'submit' on their web page contact form, you might want to copy and paste your message locally so you have a record.

Gilbert responded to my call immediately and was able to install new shut off valves on a bathroom sink the same day. He worked fast and was able to answer all my questions and offered great advice for future plumbing projects that I had in mind. His service and rate were excellent.

Gilbert, the owner and Master Plumber, phoned me twice very quickly to get info regarding my job and was at my home within an hour of my first phone call to him !! He had a full 2 week schedule and offered referrals to other plumbing companies, but I opted to wait for him,. As my issue was small in his estimation (replacing 2 30-year old water shut-off valves to my washing machine), he came out himself .I was amazed at the speed (about 20 minutes) at which he worked and completed the job! He is professional, friendly and helpful in educating his customers of their circumstances. A delightful person and I'm grateful to have found Blue Dragon Plumbing.

Gilbert did an awesome job! Very reasonable pricing for replacing my hot water tank. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his team.

We noticed one of the spigots in our backyard was dripping. Right before we were about to get a cold front, the drip got worse and turned into a larger leak. We were losing ~a bucket of water every couple hours.

We called a few plumbers but they either didn't have availability to come out or didn't answer. Our neighbors referred us to Blue Dragon.

I called Gilbert and he was friendly and professional. He asked for pictures of the leak and a quick explanation of what was going on. I sent him pics and scheduled a repair for later in the week. Luckily, Gilbert finished a job early that same day and was able to come out within a few hours. (Results not typical).

He arrived and explained that we just needed to replace the hardware to stop the leak. He let me watch him work and ask him questions to understand the issue and the fix.

Maybe next time I have an issue I will be confident enough to attempt a fix on my own. But I will probably just call Gilbert. :)

Gilbert is as good as it gets for a plumber. He takes his work very seriously and does the job right- with a sense of humor. He goes out of his way to get you the best price too. We have been working with him since 2014. He has installed 2 water heaters- the second one he had to make slight modifications with the new regulations on water heaters (no prob). We had a gas leak scare last week - he came and made the repair the same day (on the weekend)!! and didn't mention cost. We highly recommend Blue Dragon- he will do it right and treat you like family.

Gilbert is awesome, very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Our garbage disposal clogged up 2 hrs before we were scheduled to fly to Montreal and he took care of it in no time! Definitely saved our travel plans and disposal. Just recently had him out again to replace a leaky sink basket was just as happy with his work! Our go to plumber!

Cannot say enough good things about Gilbert and Blue Dragon. When you find a great specialized trade company, you hang on to them and have used him numerous times. Incredibly friendly, knows his stuff, reasonable in price and responsive. Has been so good, we have referred neighbors who have felt the same way.

Used these folks one time and was extremely happy with their service. The owner (Gilbert) was a real stand up guy. He explained everything to my satisfaction, showed up when he said he would, did excellent work and completed it in a timely manner. Their prices are excellent too. I'll definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs.

We've got recommendation for Gilbert in our Nextdoor app, and we love him! Every time I called, he responded immediately. He always called before his arrival. He did a great job in installing a chair-high commode for us. He is very detail-oriented, super efficient, and also very friendly. Recently, he fixed our bathroom sink faucet due to a clogged aerator, and he didn't even charge us, stating that was too quick and easy. We are very impressed by his professionalism. I know he has a busy schedules, but I still highly recommend him, not just for his excellent skills, but mainly for his integrity and honesty.

Gilbert at Blue Dragon Plumbing is so amazing, it's mind-blowing! We're moving out of state next spring and I have to say, I have never mourned the impending loss of a plumber before, and probably never will again, but man! Gilbert is good people and having him over to fix or install something is just an absolute pleasure.

We had him out yesterday to install a kitchen faucet and fix a rocking toilet. He called ahead warning us of his ETA, as we were his first appointment of the morning. He got right to work and continued working through our yappy dogs and incoming calls, referring customers to other plumbers in emergency situations.

He asked for a trash bag to keep things tidy, and he asked for glass cleaner and paper towels to clean the surface of the sink basin before installing the new faucet for a solid connection. It's this care that really elevates his service! He's also just a pleasure to be around; his energy and enthusiasm is infectious.
