Lakeway plumbing provided the best estimate for having our PRV replaced and saved us from some unnecessary work. Antonio and Hector were prompt, professional, and answered all my questions. We have the best water pressure we’ve had in years. I will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

I contacted Lakeway Plumbing to replace my washer/dryer closet faucet valves which had become frozen due to corrosion. The following morning, Matthew and Justin arrived at my condo on time. They got started right away and wrapped up the job within about 30 minutes. The amount charged was very reasonable.

Lakeway plumbing showed interest in quoting a 10k+ project and I set time out for an estimate, after their visit they failed to ever send a quote. Reached out 4 different times and owner promised to send quote...this drug on for over a week. I asked finally if they wanted the business, he said we are too busy and then just hung up...I initially rated lower but have adjusted due to the quality of work reported by neighbors and friends. Your mileage may vary but use at your own risk!

5-star plumber and glad to find an honest, hard-working respectful plumbing company in the area! They saved the day, coming out within an hour and half of calling them to diagnose the issues with my water heaters. After kicking out another plumber (see my 1-star review to find out who that plumber was) I was thrilled at the level of service that Lakeway Plumbing offered. They replaced the two water heaters within two days of coming out, and offered reasonable pricing combined with stellar service. I want to specifically call out Carlos, Antonio, and Hector...these guys were professional, courteous, thorough, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Props to these guys and props to Lakeway Plumbing...you will be getting my business from now on and will be getting many referrals from me!

Eric himself came to my home yesterday to diagnose a mystery water issue that had me perplexed. It took him all of about 3 minutes under the house to run it down, and a few more minutes to fix it. He arrived on time down to the minute which rarely happens in my experience, he was very friendly and professional, and he was on his way in very short order leaving a very satisfied homeowner. Eric and his team are highly unprofessional. I used their services last year and they did satisfactory work so I decided to call them for a water leak at my property. However, it seems like service quality, responsiveness, professionalism have significantly deteriorated and they cannot be trusted for any plumbing repairs. Do not recommend. The crew showed up to the work site, diagnosed the issue, and abruptly disappeared after saying they need to get materials and will be back tomorrow. I followed up and called Eric several times. Only my first phone call was returned and Eric promised that the matter will be addressed that afternoon. No one showed up, answered calls, voicemail, text messages for 2 days after that. There are far better and more professional plumbers in the area. Save yourself the hassle and do not get their services.

Erik Kuehn, the owner of Lakeway Plumbing, is very professional and always sends the best guys to do whatever plumbing jobs I have for them! I've been using Lakeway Plumbing now for probably 15 years or more and their pricing always beats the competitor (yes I still check), and the guys he sends out are neat and efficient! Today they replaced an old toilet, a water heater valve, and capped off the FP jet/repair in record time! Efficient work means less expense! Carlos and Dominic had been out before and as usual were exemplary! Matt is another one that is also excellent! I highly recommend Lakeway Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

We have lived in the Lakeway area for almost 20 years. We've tried several regional plumbers with mixed results. Our neighbors unanimously recommended Lakeway Plumbing. Lakeway Plumbing did the best work by the most professional staff of any organization we've ever used. When we experienced the high quality of work they do, we added more work to the original plan, and they just got it all done for us. Highest recommendation for Antonio Perez, Dominik, and the whole Lakeway Plumbing organization.

We hired this company to fix an issue with my water heater. While it was not working properly initially, after multiple service visits, the problem was never resolved and was actually worse after their work than before.

During one of the visits, water damage occurred inside my home (sheetrock damage). The technician was aware of it, and I have photos and videos documenting the damage. I was patient and tried to handle things reasonably, assuming the main issue would be fixed- it wasn’t.

I was also explicitly told the water heater was under warranty and would be replaced, only to later be told that this was incorrect due to internal miscommunication. That information directly affected decisions and expectations and should never have happened.

When I attempted to resolve this directly with the owner, communication became inconsistent. Promises were made to address the damage, but no timeline was provided, and ultimately my messages were read and ignored. I was left with unresolved plumbing issues, property damage, and no accountability.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and proceeding with *caution* before hiring this company.
