Antonio and Hector did a great job installing our new toilet. Looks and works great too. I will use Lakeway Plumbing anytime I need a good plumber.

Lakeway plumbing came out in January of 2018 to fix a leak near the meter of my water line. Six months later the line was leaking again and they came out and said it was not leaking there and said I had a slab leak and should redo my entire plumbing. I called another company and when they came out the found the line leaking in the same place as the previous repair. Lakeway plumbing has refused to reimburse the cost of the original fix. Bad repair and bad service.

I had Antonio come over and he did an amazing job fixing my water heater that started leaking in my attic. He was fast and professional. Would highly recommend !

I called Lakeway plumbing due to a blocked sewer line at our family home. Understanding the urgent nature of the issue, It took about 1 hour for them to get a plumber to our house, for him to identify the issue, and then resolve it. The visit and fix was roughly the cost of a service call, so a great value and outcome. Our plumber, Matthew, was awesome - responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing help - highly recommend.

We have used Lakeway Plumbing twice and very pleased with the service and price. They showed up when they said they would, had the parts they needed, and their guys are friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a water heater burst that flooded the entire garage and part of downstairs. We had 13 Airbnb guests without hot water. I called at about 430. Eric said he could have somebody there in two hours. We communicated back-and-forth via text. I sent him all the photos of the tank and area that he requested. It started to get late and he never showed. He stopped responding to my calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I thought maybe he’d reach out in the morning but he didn’t. I would’ve found another plumber if he had just said he couldn’t take care of it.

We called Lakeway Plumbing Co. when we noticed we had a leak. The company sent Antonio and Hector who found the leak immediately without tearing up our yard. They repaired our lines and replaced our PRV the same day. They were conscientious, hard working and honest!

These guys are the best. We have used them 4 times now. They helped us plumb out shower and toilet in new locations. Fixed a leak from our water valve they found at our new home bc the PSI was too high. Installed a line for me to have a washing machine in my closet (THANK GOODNESS no more stairs lol). And installed our garbage disposal. The pricing was extremely fair for the area, the owner is a real human that tells you the truth and isn't trying to sweet talk or bully you into anything. And as a woman I highly respect this company for not price gouging me and treating me as an equal in conversation. Lakeway Plumbing has the best plumbing team and we will never switch!

I had a broken toilet. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called Lakeway plumbing, and the service men arrived on time. They repaired my toilet completely (it flushes like it did when it was new) and presented me with a very reasonable bill. I was totally impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of everyone I talked to at Lakeway Plumbing and will use them again.

We were in a jam as our kitchen sink drain was completely clogged and unusable. After several unsuccessful attempts to clear the clog (and desperate since our son's family was flying in that day for a week's stay) my husband and I began calling plumbing companies in the area. Erick felt our pain and dispatched service who actually arrived early! Antonio and Carlos were not only very capable, they were fast, time-efficient, very friendly and completely cleaned up everything! It was a "top-quality" customer service experience! We found our plumbers! They are they only ones we will call in the future.

I had almost every issue in the book with my plumbing, from a stopped drain, a jammed faucet to shower head switch, a nonfunctioning water heater, and a handle that took more strength than I possess to turn on the water. Lakeway plumbing was so prompt, polite and communicative about what the cause of the issues were and how they were going to fix them. They fixed all of my issues in 3 trips, and worked with my busy schedule (2 jobs) to fix things even when I couldn't be home. These guys deserve every praise, I hope I don't need your help again, but if I do need a plumber in Austin, it'll definitely be you guys!!

I was scheduled promptly and also received a courtesy call prior to the appointment. Antonio and Hector serviced my toilets, installed a new PRV and new bathroom fixtures. They were extremely professional and conscientious. They greatly exceeded my expectations.

Lakeway plumbing installed all of our new bathroom fixtures. Dilan was very professional and did an excellent job. He and his assistant worked for 7 hours and did a perfect job, cleaned up completely after, and made sure we were satisfied.

We had Eric Kuehn from Lakeway Plumbing Company come out to the house after the were completely taken advantage of by Reliant Plumbing the day before. He assessed our situation in a half bath (smell) which was not plumbing related. He did not charge us. Highly recommend this plumber and very knowledgeable. Not just trying to make a buck, unlike some other companies in the area.

I have used Lakeway plumbing twice in the last year. Erik and his team are very responsive, clean, and easy to schedule. They know plumbing, and can fix any issue at a fair price! I would highly recommend them, and they are located near 620 and Hudson Bend so are in the Lakeway area.......

I called Lakeway Plumbing at 3:05 P.M. on Monday and a human being answered. Matthew arrived at my door on Tuesday morning for the first appointment of the day after calling first to tell me he was on his way. The problem with the toilet was fixed within an hour, and the price was extremely reasonable. I was treated politely; the workspace was kept clean while the work was being done, and I felt safe with Matthew in my home. I would hire them again.

Water softener membrane cracked and lots of resin was flowing through cold water...enough that it clogged my 3 shower valves...so I thought. My regular plumber was jammed up or I would not have come across Lakeway Plumbing. Called yesterday and spoke with the owner, Erick. He came out today and fixed everything in 1.5 hours.

He could have taken my for a bundle because plumbing is not my thing. Instead, he did the right thing. Fixed only what needed to be fixed and even taught me a few things during the process. He will be installing my new water softener next week. I have already referred him to 3 people because you really want to have a mechanic, electrician and plumber you can trust. I now have 2 plumbers I can trust. #blessed.

Note: I called 2 other plumbing companies who said they would have to come out and then quote me a flat fee for the "job". The flat rate I later found out could have been over $1000! Erick charges a very reasonable hourly rate. No trip charge, no estimate charge. Just come in, diagnose and fix the problem. Yes, there are still businesses like that.

Cannot recommend highly enough!
