VERY happy with the services Enrique provided. I needed 2 shut of valves to my house installed so I could turn the water to the house off when I'm gone and still run the irrigation for the yard. The reason I needed two is because there is an an addition to the house that has its own water supply. When the first area was dug up, it was a mess of pipes close together going everywhere. They worked meticulously and made no mistakes and it came out great ! They use a spear to probe and dig so as not to hit a pipe. They used only the best parts and I feel great about the end result. Very happy and will call them 1st the next time I need anything without hesitation.

Honest, reliable, hard working, and straight shooting. Had some other plumbers obviously inflate the amount of issues a new house had. Blue Dragon came through, did an actual investigation, and only sold me what I needed. Will absolutely be using Blue Dragon for anything going forward.

I called Gilbert because i was conerned about our bathroom sinks. Gilbert diagnosed the issue immediately and assured me that i did not need any extensive repair. Then he went on to give me some excellent advice about our shower. Very professional and educational, ill be calling him with any future plumbing issues.

Gilbert was very responsive and able to come out a few hours after my initial call, when other places had much more of a delay and gave a much less personal experience. He fixed our issue very quickly and efficiently.

I had someone from blue Dragon to add an expansion tank on my water heater. Someone was not the owner was sent to my house. One year later the connection on the water outlet started leaking. It was then found that the connection was poorly done and the expansion tank was tilted that caused the leak.
Also I asked them to lower the water pressure, and the gentlemen who came to do that did not connect the pipes correctly until I pointed out that the way he connected the pipes would only lower the pressure to the backyard and not the house. He then had to redo the wiring. If I had not noticed the mistake I would have spent all that money to only lower my backyard water pressure.
I do not recommend..

I have used blue dragon plumbing on two different occasions. Both times honest, efficient work at a reasonable price. On top of that Gilbert Jimenez has good people skills and is a pleasure to work with.

Gilbert is the man! Called him at 8:30 AM the morning our drain clogged and he was here at 1:30 PM. Cleared our drain in no time. Two times cheaper than the last guy we had come out for the same problem! Thank you Gilbert for the fast and excellent service!

Owner, GIlbert, is awesome! Came to fix a handful of things, realized he didn't have a key part, rescheduled without charging for the first visit, and did quick, complete, quality work. Plus, he's just a really nice guy!

These guys are awesome. I posted a service request at 10:30 at night for a gas leak in my stove. They responded first thing next morning and were at my house by 10:00. Gilbert was friendly, very knowledgeable, explained each step as he was taking it. He was quick but thorough. The whole experience just made my day. Will ALWAYS use these guys in the future.

We have been using Blue Dragon for years - he is a straight shooter, and he and his helpers are polite and courteous in your house. In fact, we had him out to clear a drain once and while he fixed it, he showed us how to do it ourselves in the future so we wouldn't have to have him back out. That's integrity. So when we needed a water heater, we called him first and have been happy with the results.

Did a good job but I feel like I was taken advantage of with pricing. Technician came and gave me a price prior to starting. Once he was about 85% complete, he upsold me on additional work that would make my system "more reliable." I approved. After completion, he came to me and said the bill was about $100 more than he'd priced. Not sure how that can happen on such an inexpensive repair, but I don't feel it was ethical.

Gilbert runs a great company! He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced some outside spigots and fixed a tub faucet for me. I highly recommend him!

Had Gilbert out yesterday to replace a hose bib, he was able to come out straight away and got the job done very quickly! Very kind and friendly guy, will be using him for any plumbing needs I have in the future for sure.

Wow.. after 20 years of rental property ownership and disagreeable experiences with plumbers, I've finally found my go-to guy. I went through 2 "handymen" and wasted a good 3 weeks trying to get a simple leaky faucet resolved, listening to every imaginable excuse, ranging from "car won't start" to "grandmother ill", and finally just gave up and fired them both permanently.

Finally, I read reviews of Blue Dragon and decided to give them a shot. Gilbert responded to my initial voice message ,in less than an hour and set a schedule. I gave him tenant contact info and he made all the scheduling arrangements directly with them. Sure enough, on the appointed day, the crew showed up exactly when they said, and resolved the leak. While there, they discovered abnormally high water pressure at the house, which pointed to a failing pressure relief valve at the meter.

A repair estimate range was given to replace the valve and another appointment was made for a return visit to accomplish that. Again, the guys showed up exactly when promised. When the job was done, they had replaced a couple of additional components not initially anticipated.

The best part? The final bill amount came in LESS than the low end of the initial estimate.

What's not to like? These guys are now in my Rolodex in bright red!

Gilbert was great at communicating and very clear about his rates prior to coming out. He showed up on time with all the tools and parts needed for the repair and went over and above what was asked. He not only fixed the symptom of the problem but actually identified the root cause and proactively fixed that as well. I have dealt with a lot of service providers over the years and there are very few that I would put in the same category as blue dragon Plumbing.

I had Blue Dragon (Gilbert) out to replace all 3 of my exterior hose bibb valves. He was on time, upfront about the supplies, labor and fees, and the job was completed to satisfaction! Happy to call them first next time I have any plumbing issues!!

My exterior hose bib needed replacement so I contacted Blue Dragon Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Gilbert called me back that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. His estimate was prompt and accurate. Aaron, his associate plumber, called Monday morning prior to arrival and did the job. Great communications and professional service. They are my #1 go to plumbing service!!

We had some complications with a hot water heater install. Not only did the team at Blue Dragon resolve the problem quickly and effectively, they assisted us in many other ways getting our house back to normal.
