Finding a plumber you can trust is hard these days but we've hit the goldmine with Redbud Plumbing. Such great and thorough work. The team was friendly, clear in their communication, priced fairly, prompt and cleaned up perfectly when the job was done. I'll be reaching out to them with all my plumbing needs.

Just no better plumbing company. I've used them three times for various projects in the last 6 months. They've dialed in their process, costs, professionalism and friendliness. As a homeowner, I HATE cleaning up after worker dudes. In my experience, most have left crap, walked in with dirty shoes and move stuff with no care at all for your personal property. Redbud Plumbing is different. They wear shoe booties, are careful with your stuff and clean up after themselves. With service, they don't cut corners either. It's obvious they are concerned about your well being and the function of your home. The owner, Chris, couldn't be nicer. Really. Call him if you're just looking for a friendly person to talk to. It would make your day.

Chris and his Redbud Plumbing team are fantastic. They've been to my house three times total to repair a shower, swap out a toilet wax seal, and install a kitchen faucet. Scheduling is easy. The crews are prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended!

A friend of mine referred me to Redbud Plumbing and said that they "would take good care" of you. Redbud absolutely did! I spoke with Chris, and although they were swamped that week made sure to have someone out to my house within 2 days. Junior and Justin came over, inspected the sewage pipe the sewer camera, and proceeded to explain, patiently, what the situation was. Chris then called me with the most effective and reasonable quote. Junior and Justin came over and took care of the problem in less than 3 hours (digging, plumbing). I hope I never have more plumbing problems, but if I do, Redbud is now on my contacts list. Give them a call!

This is the third time I've used Redbud and each time has been a great experience. No nonsense, no upsales, no pressure, just knowledgeable professionals.
We just moved to a new house and needed a water softener big time. I got a deal on a softener and prefilter but realized our plumbing is pex. I have zero pex tools and quickly realized I was overthinking my pipe routing and didn't want to risk screwing something up. I'm a diy'er but know when to tap out. I called Redbud and had an appointment set for 4 days later.
Appointment day Redbud arrived on time and ready to knock out the job. We did a quick walk through and I let the experts do their thing. During the walkthrough my polisher and detailing supplies were noticed in the garage and I was asked it I wanted a bib on the softener to run a hose to rise off our cars after a wash. Heck yea I do! Anyone who enjoys detailing knows soft water makes car washing so much better.
After it was all said and done everything was installed clean and simple. I had soft water for my house and washing the cars. Everything is working great and the women of the house love the soft water effect on their hair, double win! I highly recommend Redbud. They know what to do, priced right, and most importantly are trustworthy!

They have gone above and beyond to help me understand what’s happening in my shared plumbing as a condo owner and working with the property manager since the COA complicates things a little.

I googled this store hours and says open till 1pm but when I got here to the store at 11.22am store was close. Schedule says Saturday 9.00am to 1pm. But wasn't open. And isn't a holiday.

This place is unbelievable- the guys really know their stuff. The rain man of plumbing!

We have been trying to fix the toilet for over a day now. Went to many other places for replacement parts, this place had what we needed and they knew exactly what we needed.

In and out with shower diverter in less than 5 minutes. The cost seemed as good or better than box store.

That guy behind the counter is a walking computer when it comes to Plumbing apparatus,😂 go to him and ask him he will tell you like he's done it 200 times! Amen🙋‍♀️

After looking for a specific part to repair a fixture at home ( all over Austin), I found it at Josco.

Was told I could find a drain cleaner named Thrift. Excellent product. Really helpful and pleasant staff.

Customer service needs to be improved. Clerk was not very helpful. Seems to be impatient and in a hurry to get rid customer.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!.. AT LEAST ON THE PHONE, I USUALLY DON'T SHOP HERE AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER.. THE FEW TIMES THAT I HAVE STOPPED IN (BEEN A YEAR OR SO) THE GUYS AT THE SALES COUNTER USUALLY SEEMED EASY GOING, HOWEVER.. IT COMES ACROSS AS THEY DON'T CARE MUCH FOR TAKING CALLS OR BEING CURTIOUS TO THOSE THAT DON'T STOP INTO THE STORE. FROM ASNWERING AND HANGING UP RIGHT AWAY, WITHOUT GIVING THE CUSTOMER A CHANCE TO SAY ANYTHING OR TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR OWN INVENTORY, TO NOT EVEN GIVING A NAME AS TO WHO YOU'RE SPEAKING WITH AND NEEDING TO ASK!. I WILL TAKE SOME OF THEIR ADVICE AS FAR AS GOING ELSEWHERE TO FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR THOUGH.
