Super fantastic service—fast and affordable. Justin came out the day I contacted him about the severe leak underneath the disposal side of my kitchen sink. He also explained to me what had gone wrong (it wasn't a good connector that hooked to the garbage disposal that had been installed a few months earlier by a different party). He fixed the problem by replacing that connector with a new, more reliable plastic pipe system. This design resolved the weakness of the original connector, which likely would have failed again! I highly recommend!

I totally trust Justin. He’s knowledgeable and honest about his business practices. He replaced shower valve handle and head last time he came. He knew that all those parts had a guaranty after 10+ years and I only paid his fee. Que was quick and precise as usual. I highly recommend his services.

Water heater went out Saturday night called Justin at 10:30am Sunday and he was at my house at noon. The best plumbing company in Austin. Justin with Affordable Plumbing helped me replace my commercial water heater for my nail salon. He helped me avoid getting taken advantage of by another plumbing company and knew all of the codes/guidelines for a commercial install. Before he even knew if I would go with his company, he helped me just because it was the right thing to do. Justin also met the inspector (required for commercial) to make sure everything went smoothly. I’ll also add, he has a very reasonable price. I will come to Affordable Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!

He helped me install a kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and bathroom sink, and also repaired a toilet flange—all in one day!!! I’ve worked with other contractors in the past, and Justin’s standards are on a whole different level. He was incredibly responsive from the start, which made the whole process stress-free. Very disappointing experience. There were multiple employees available, yet no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. I had to wait while staff stood around, and when someone finally helped me, their attitude was unprofessional and clearly annoyed, as if assisting me was an inconvenience.
I’m not asking for anything for free — just basic customer service and respect. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.
