Alec has been my go to plumber for small fixes and big projects. My wife and I own a remodeling business, we use him for all of our major renovations. When our friends and family have asked us for a recommendation for their small plumbing projects around their home we happily give them Alec’s number because we know we can trust him to do right by them with the work and the pricing.

We have used at least 10 different plumbers over the years we’ve been in business because it was so hard to find a reliable, licensed, and fair plumber. Alec has finally solved that constant churn for us.

I have used Demoss Plumbing on several occasions th rough out the years. It was a pleasure working with such an honorable team.

my insurance company sent out these guys and they located my in slab sewer break incorrectly and later we discovered that they had broke the brass ring for our master toilet and installed the wrong wax ring causing a bad smell thru out house which i finally had repaired by another professional that found the broken pipe with ease and fixed the toilet which he said would have only had taken them a few extra minutes to repair properly and was obvious to them that they had broken it prior to resetting the toilet DONT USE THESE PEOPLE

Strung along for 6 months with nothing but empty promises. They kept telling me it would 'in two weeks' or 'next week.' They would promise to call me to let me know if they would come out or not, but never did. I finally gave up on them. You would think a $10-30K job would be a priority. The only thing this company had going for them was 1) the person that initially came out was thorough and very nice and 2) their price couldn't be beat. I am now willing to pay a premium to not deal with these folks. STAY AWAY!

The service was fine. However, because they didn't have a correct email for us, we never received our bill - THE FIRST PHONE CALL, woman left a message threatening to 'put a lean on our home'....what?! I still have the voicemail for proof. I'm still shocked.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that we were not quite sure how to address. We called DeMoss who came out and told us we needed to order a new sprayer hose, which we did. DeMoss wouldn't do any more work on it until we fixed that. As it turns out, the leak was coming from another part of the sink as I later figured out myself. When I called them back about the original incorrect assessment, they said, "that's the best we could do while there." They would not come back to do any additional work to make up for their mistake. Terrible customer service. $95 for someone to fix nothing and have us a buy a part we didn't need - I'm in the wrong business.

Their driver doesn’t know how to drive and tailgating me in traffic. Like chill.

Had low flow issues at the house. Darrel and Jason came out to check things out, then explained the problem and how it would get fixed. Pressure valve has been replaced and all seems to be working. Great service.
