Great service and quality high end selections. A bit pricey....I purchased a bath tub and a vanity with sink (for my half bath room). They are taking appointments only at this time.

I went to Ferguson's to purchase a new drain assembly for a bath tub we changed out. After I was finally asked to be helped I showed the gentleman my drain assembly and asked if they had a one a different size and he said no that is the only size he had ever seen lol. Obviously there are different sizes because I ordered the correct one on Amazon as soon as I got home. I am not sure why neither people behind the counter have no clue about bath drains when they work in plumbing supplies lol. I don't know what else to say other than maybe they were just having a bad day and it will be better next time?

Tom is the BEST. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient walking around with my plumber and I trying to find all the right fittings. I will continue to keep coming back to Ferguson because of him!

Seems like every time I have to go in this store it take 20 minutes for any one to ask if you have been helped for them to only to tell you they don’t carry that thing you’re looking for. The people seem to be helpful but don’t go there if you’re in a rush and don’t even bother calling.

I came here from. Chicago about 15 years ago…I was familiar with Ferguson in Chicago but didn’t use them.
So when I moved here, (Lakeside Plumbing and Johnson-Powers Construction) I was told by my people to check out Ferguson where they already have an acct. I walked into the plumbing counter not knowing anyone…trying to get acclimated and comfortable in a totally new environment.
And that’s when I met Tim Venable. He immediately walked right up to me, introduced himself and asked me what I needed. And after being involved in the trades for 40 years, I’m good at reading people and I knew right away that Tim had the “it” factor.
First off, I was immediately impressed with the vibe of professionalism and hustle that Tim brought forth. You can tell that the man has an over the top work ethic
Here we are 15 years later, and Im at your St.Elmo counter sometimes up to 3 days a week. I’m a loyal customer, and it all stems directly from my relationship with Tim.
I also want to give Kudos to Albert, Brian and
Mark over there as well…
Like I said, there’s a certain unique vibe of culture there that stems directly from this core group of bad-asses that hold down the fort get the job done!
