We also received some very expensive quotes to add a water softener, which everyone told us is unnecessary for our area. Fast forward to Justin - he came to look at our issue within a few hours of calling him. He came back the next day to confirm his diagnosis and fixed the issue on the spot by moving our recirculating line. No water softener needed, saving us a lot of money.
