The Roof Lady LLC came highly recommended by another trusted service provider. Ellis gave us a thorough evaluation, including photos, of our issues & needed repairs, a detailed bid that was fairly priced, & a great crew that completed the job in two days. Ours was a total roof replacement, and included repairs of damage created by raccoons who decided they wanted to share our home. Ellis was on site both days, kept us informed of conditions under the shingles (which he had evaluated quite accurately - no surprises!), and, even though his crew did an excellent job of cleaning up, he came back & walked the property himself to insure all was in order! Very impressed.

We had a great experience with Nick. He was very prompt and thorough with the work we had done. You can tell he’s knowledgeable and wanted what was best for our trees. Would highly recommend.

Super knowledgeable and responsive to my particular problem with one very old and large ash tree. This tree had obvious signs of beetle infestation and fungus after the stressful snowmageddon in Central Texas. The Texas Tree doctors were particularly helpful and hopefully have successfully saved the tree that’s just too old to lose! Highly recommend.

We had some dead branches and feared the worst, but Nick immediately identified the problem as a simple fungus and treated it that Saturday. Amazing work! They did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier, so worth it.

We have a 30 year old Red Oak which had many dead branches up in the canopy and needed pruning. We wanted an arborist to give us their opinion of what was going on with the dead wood. Nick was very knowledgeable and was confident in its cause: fungus. He poured an emulsion to help with the fungus damage, and pruned 20% of the tree very well. His price was excellent. Totally recommend him!

He went above and beyond to satisfy me, the customer. I am very pleased with his attentiveness and his understanding.
