After recent storm my grandparents had a tree fall I called 1st impressions to cut and remove the tree Joe was very professional and courteous while explaining things to my grandparents And made sure they were satisfied also must add best prices i could find GREAT JOB THANKS!!

I highly recommend 1st Impression Tree Experts. I have used them several times due to there time frame and getting the job done within hours as estimated. Best part is the price is very reasonable and affordable.

My neighbors actually used him the same day after seeing his work - keep it up

Thank You

We used Joe to remove a dead white oak in our backyard and he did an excellent job removing the tree. We hired him again a few weeks later to trim and prune the oaks in our front and backyard. I appreciate his timeliness, professionalism and his price was right. We can now see our house and the trees look fantastic. We will use again and recommend to all our Circle C neighbors!

Don’t waste your money guys. This wasn’t nothing as expected!

Really bad guy. Does terrible work and if you ask for it to be fixed he'll just ignore you. I wasn't going to write a review because honestly, this is a pretty common thing and I don't enjoy writing these. But it just so happened I discovered the other day a new little detail about a fence this guy put in a year ago that I didn't catch until now. This guy just straight up didn't bury a fence post. Never seen that. I mean the post was not even buried in dirt let alone concrete, not even an inch. It was just propped up and nailed to the 2 by 4s like it was normal. I think he changes his company name quite a bit to avoid detection, so beware anyone named christian (hilarious name btw) in the area

I've been using West Austin Trees for a few years and they have always been very patient with all my questions and take real good care of my mom's house. They are honest and professional.

Hi, I just wanted to say that their service was excellent and very professional. The staff was all so courteous as well!

I received 6 quotes for this job. Two large trees approximately 60ft tall, spanning over mine and my neighbor's property and home. I really had no idea the magnitude of these two old-growth redwoods until I did some research!

Although they weren't the cheapest option, their knowledge made them highly recommended.

The whole job was handled in an efficient and professional way. I was impressed with the speed and care that this team had. I strongly recommend West Austin Trees, and would actively seek to use their services in the future. Thank you.

Cesar and his crew took care of some serious broken tree limbs hanging over my house. I've worked with several tree trimming companies and they have been the best by far.

Cesar’s truck pulled out of a parking lot directly in front of my car causing me to have to slam on my brakes and swing into the other lane to avoid a collision. I pointed toward my car’s hood to indicate the driver should pay more attention to vehicles around him and not drive unsafely, especially when there were no cars behind me and he could have just waited five seconds until my car passed him. The driver then proceeded to speed up and follow me for the next few miles, changing lanes to get behind me whenever I changed lanes and following closely. If employees (or owners?) care so little about safety of other drivers, I can’t imagine they would provide the best quality service for lawn care. .

These guys did a fantastic job cleaning up our oak trees and removing all the scrub brush from our newly purchased property in East Austin. Hauled all the debris away!

Called Chico in the morning for an emergency when a tree fell onto the roof of our business. He was there later that day and they knocked it out for us quick and clean! He helped us get in touch with the neighbor condo complex and informed them of what was happening and recommended what they should do afterwards. Professional, courteous, etc. glad I stumbled across his name, we highly recommend Chico, and we will be using him again in the future! Thanks Chico!

Chico’s Tree Service is OUTSTANDING! Not only were they priced fairly they were quick, efficient, and easy to get a hold of. They were extremely knowledgeable on the types of trees we had and what needed to be done to take care of them or remove them from our yard. I’ll definitely be using them any time our trees need help!!

Wow! When I called Chicos Tree Love & Care Chico himself answered the phone and was at my business within the hour to remove a large dangerous tree limb that was shutting down part of our restaurant patio. His price was super fair and they did a great job. I will definitely continue to work with Chico in the future! Thanks!!!

We have worked with Chico over the past couple of years on tree recoveries. Chico and his crew are some of the hardest working in the business. Every time we've worked with them I've been impressed with their professionalism and hard work ethic. Would highly recommend!

Chico and his crew were fantastic. They shaped my live oak and removed 1 small tree on our property. He was easy to communicate with and fast to reply. We definitely recommend his company and will be saving their number for the future!

Chico and his crew did an outstanding job trimming all of our trees (front and back). Both yards look so much brighter now without the constant shade. The crew is professional and friendly and it was a pleasure having them on our property. Clean up was excellent. Planning on having Chico do other tasks around our house in the near future.

I've used 3 different tree services this year and Chico's was by far the best. They did a great job and it was well worth the cost. They did a couple of extra things without increasing price. Great cleanup after the work.

This company is the best!! I have had the pleasure to work with Chico’s Tree service several times. Each time is a great experience. Very friendly and professional. I will never call another company for tree service! Because I have found the best! Highly recommend Chico’s Tree and Lawn Care! If there would more stars than 5 I would use them!

Chico and his guys did a great job for a reasonable price. He is thorough and his team of guys are hard workers. He knows his stuff. I would use them again and highly recommend.

So grateful to have found Chico and his team! Chico was extremely knowledgeable; he talked us through what would be best for the trees we have and helped with ideas for additional trees that would be good in our front and back yards. When trimming our trees, the entire team was professional and courteous. Great experience!

Chico responded very quickly to an inquiry about a difficult job involving the removal of several large branches of a cedar elm tree that had fallen on our roof. He assessed the job, carefully explained the technical issues and how he was going to do it, gave a very fair price, and was able to come out with his crew the following week. The challenging work involved some careful planning and maneuvering which Chico and his crew pulled off beautifully. They cleaned up all the fallen branches and limbs, evened off the main trunk, and, in general, gave us great confidence that they knew what they were doing every step along the way -- they'll be our choice next time we need tree work done.
