They have a comprehensive insurance package that aligns with the owner, Chris, and his perspective on adequate protection for his company and, more importantly, for his customers.
Chris exceeds standard expectations in all domains, but I can personally attest to his proficiency in the insurance sector. He consistently poses inquiries and is committed to eliminating any harmful exclusions while maintaining exceptional coverage. Texas imposes no requirements for homebuilders or general contractors to maintain insurance, and many do not. Rivendale Homes exemplifies a builder with whom one would desire to collaborate, characterized by attributes such as integrity, ambition, confidence, a commitment to learning, exceptional expertise, and over 40 yearsyof experience. Additionally, the individuals are exceptionally amiable and grounded. Based on my experience with them, I strongly recommend them for your new residence.

I live in the Allendale area just (renting) recently moved in from Mexico city. I’ve been in the market, searching for a home to purchase and the one builder that caught eye was Riven Dale. There have been other builders as well that I came across, but none of them gave me the reassurance that I was looking for so recently I went to an open house and they were so nice and helpful. That being said, I spoken with people that have purchased a Rivendale Home and they tell me how satisfied and happy they are with their purchase They love their new home not to mention the staff and the warranty is a none to any other, but the best Even the people they send to do the warranty work are also incredible So with that being said, my purchase will definitely be a Rivendale Home I can’t wait.

Aside from the home being well built (1.5yrs since we moved in and everything great), the team has been extremely attentive to our needs for any minor warranty claims we have had. Typically responding in less than a few hours and remedying things within days. !!! Gama at Rivendale Homes saved the day for me when I reached out after the warranty on my plumbing had expired, asking if the builders would consider fixing a belly in the mainline piping. This would’ve cost me upwards of 20k (that was the first quote I received from a plumber who diagnosed the issue following a clogged line that caused spillover and minor flooding). Rivendale reviewed the issue, agreed it needed to be fixed, and because I purchased the home relatively recently (even though it was outside of warranty), they wanted to repair it and cover the cost. It was a hassle free situation for me from start to finish and they followed up consistently from the p point in which I reached out to once the job was completed. I cannot tell you how big of a deal this was for me and cannot thank them enough for fixing it on my behalf. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
