Tech came to check my solar panel system and to clean my solar panels. The tech (Jack Acuna) immediately got to work. The system is in good shape and the panels looked great after he cleaned them. He summarized the work he did and sent me a repirt with pictures.

I found that the technician to be very knowledgeable and courteous. Work hard to resolve any issues to ensure that the system would work properly.

Dante was fantastic!! He taught us all about the solar panels on the house we just purchased. He cleaned out all the leaves caught underneath the panels and he helped us transfer the system into our name. Dante was so patient and thorough. We learned a lot. We would definitely recommend him.

I would like to share my glowing review and report on my experience yesterday with Solar Service and specifically Dante, my technician. I had an existing PV + Battery system that was acting sub-optimally. I had some fundamental questions about the performance that the original installer was not able to satisfactorily answer. Dante patiently answer all my questions, did a thorough review of my system and addressed my concerns. I am very very happy that I found Solar Service -- which was actually a referral by another solar company. I am extremely happy with with Solar Service and am confident they are a quality and ethical company. I would be happy to use them again.

Project team number 2 Luis, Orlando, and Aaron are awesome. My solar panels were damaged by hail and needed to be replaced. Luis and the crew were very professional & courteous. They kept me informed about the process from removal of the old panels to reinstallation, fixed the sloppy shortcuts of the other company, explained all of the steps and showed me that everything was working properly through the Enphase App. I give their customer service and work an A+. They were better than the original installer.

Jack Acuna was an incredible technician who provided solar services at my home this week. He announced his arrival so I could be available at the house, provided professional service, identified the problem quickly, ordered a replacement part (provided under warranty, no less) and let me know that he would return to install it after it’s arrival. I wish all repair services were this easy. Hats off to Jack.

Solar Service has been incredible so far. The solar company I purchased my panels through went out of business so I contacted solar service for help. Dante came out and inspected my system and determined exactly what was wrong and went out of his way to work with my inverters company to get a replacement under warranty. I also had a shattered panel due to hail. I was very pleasantly surprised for the quote for repairs to get my system up and running again. Dante had fantastic communication and I highly recommend solar service!

Dante did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. We had Tesla technicians out here who said that they fixed the problem, but they didn’t (and tried to void our warranty), and so I’m really glad that after calling Solar Service they fixed it immediately.

Yesterday I had old solar panels, upgraded to new and improved higher output panels by the Solar Service team. Luis, Orlando, and Aaron announced their arrival, arrived on schedule, and notified me of the completion of the project by noon! They worked quietly and efficiently to get the job done. They provided photos of the completed work as well as the higher output from my system. The output of my Solar energy system has improved saving me money by the day. Hats off to these gentlemen.

Really appreciate the great work of this company. My solar provider went bankrupt and my system after producing brilliantly was down 50%. Dante came out and perfectly diagnosed the problem (needed new optimizers), gave me options with clear timelines on how to fix, educated me well on how to best care for my system, and got me scheduled for the fix 2 days later. My system is back up to 100% and I have a new level of access to track my system that my previous company didn’t provide. After experiencing the massive disappointment with the solar company that sold me the panels (which came with a lifetime warranty that now won’t be fulfilled), this company stepped into that gap and gave me some peace of mind and quality service. Dante Cortez was a pleasure to work with. He was scheduled to complete a solar panel inspection at one of my listings, and he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The entire experience was smooth and very positive.

Dante is the person you want working on your solar system. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. He managed to get my inverter replaced under warranty, and once it was received for install, solar service promptly scheduled my install appointment. Within an hour of arriving he had replaced my old unit and had setup my communications via wifi (as requested). He gladly answered all my solar questions and even made a fix to the inverter housing so any moisture or water retention would be drained via weep holes (the reason my previous inverter died.) Recently we replaced our roof and had to remove and reinstall our solar panels. Daniel Mendoza was our technician and he did a great job with the project. The removal was quick and efficient. Solar Service was very flexible with the reinstallation dates as we had some travel and wanted it completed before we left. It was done efficiently and correctly. It’s working and we have not had any issues with it. We were very satisfied with the quality, efficiency, and with the cost of the project. I would recommend Daniel and Solar Service to install solar panels or for anything related to solar.

Techs are great and do fantastic work. Unfortunately, they can't seem to keep the techs, which meant our inverter swap got rescheduled twice. Between SolarEdge being slow to provide a warranty replacement and all the reschedules we didn't produce any electricity for a month from diagnosis to swap.

It took me a while to write this review because there were a few steps spread out over time, but I can now say everything was handled start to finish, and handled very well.

I called Solar Service because one of my AP Systems microinverters went out. Honestly, I was worried this was going to be an expensive repair. Instead, they immediately knew the part was under warranty, got the replacements for free, and only charged me for the service. That service bill—just a few hundred bucks—was worth every penny. They repaired three microinverters in total. At first only two were available, and I had to wait about 60 days for the third one to ship from AP Systems, but Solar Service stuck with it and got it done.

I worked with both Ambrose and Dante, and they were top-notch. True professionals who knew their stuff and showed up with great attitudes. That goes a long way.

When the time comes to add a battery backup or even replace the whole system at end-of-life, Solar Service will be my first call.
