The company of fast at removing the panels and reinstalling all 24 panels back in a matter of few hours. What Tesla estimated to do the same work in 6 months timeline, these guys did it well within 3 weeks. They were responsible, offered suggestions for a better layout and use high quality mounting parts to reinstall. They were mindful of their work. Shoutout to Orlando and this team.

Huge shout-out to my next-door neighbor's crew members, William, Jamal, and Elliot, for coming to the rescue! My Jeep would not start and to make matters worse, it was raining, yet they did not hesitate for a second. They grabbed the cables, stood out in the rain, and jumped my Jeep quickly and safely.

What really stood out is that I am not even a customer—if they provide this level of service and care to someone who is not one, I can only imagine how exceptional they must be for their actual customers. Super friendly and helpful!

Orlando, Luis, and Aaron removed my solar panels because I was getting a new roof. They were friendly, courteous, and worked quietly. They stacked my panels beautifully in the garage. I was so glad at the time of reinstallation that I had the same team. I can't say enough about how meticulous and conscientious they are. The whole experience was very pleasurable.

Dante was very clear about his analysis of my solar system. He identified my problems and fixed everything at a very reasonable price. I say this in the context of contacting anther two companies who were ready to charge more for just taking a look than Dante and company charged for a visit and prompt fix. I might not recognize when I am getting a bad deal, but this is most certainly a case of getting an honest good deal from someone who is a master PV electrician. I will go to Dante any time I have a PV system problem.

My wife found Solar service which was nice to see was actually local to S. Austin not a referral service like so many are.
We had a small leak from a near week long rain downpour which affected one spot we found was not really installed correctly (see Photo) so a small leak was happening. Also, our panels had never been cleaned.
The office staff gave my wife two options on the repair so if the Tech thought he couldn’t do it they had a roofer they trusted so they’d just remove the panels needed for the repair, they’d come back out once the repair was fixed and then reinstall and do the cleaning.
This made us feel like they had the whole process in mind not just making a quick buck.
Turns out Jack was able to address the small leak with relative ease and certainty which was a blessing.
He spent a good bit of time scrubbing the panels and yes, they look night and day so they now have our business for annual cleaning.
From the office staff to Jack our Technician who lives just in San Marco, it was a great experience and a reasonable price.
I highly recommend you folks and will be sure to tell others in our community FB groups about y’all.

We had them come out to clean our panels as they hadn't been cleaned in some time. Ambrose came out and after he did the cleaning, which was very reasonably priced, he did a full checkup. He found that our inverter was dead. He did the additional work and found it was still under warranty for the parts. He took care of all the RMA paperwork that was needed to get the new one ordered and gave us an estimate for the labor which again was very reasonable. It took a few weeks for the part but as soon as it came in they contacted me to schedule. Ambrose showed up within the 2 hour window provided and completed the repair. He explained everything that was done and showed us the panels and the system were now operating properly. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. Being a field technician myself i generally hold service companies to the same high standard i hold myself. I'm happy to say they met my standards and would absolutely recommend them.

I’d received quotes for the replacement of my old solar system and had very reasonable options. Dante is a fantastic electrician, problem solver and customer focused. I had a very non-standard legacy set up that was challenging. He came out when an issue arose from the prior set / configuration fixed it and explained it he is 6-Star. I plan to add additional panels and will use solar service.

Here in Austin we are very fortunate to have the resources of Solar Service and notably, the expertise provided by Dante for our Solar battery installation. My words can scarcely convey Dante’s exceptional knowledge and skill. Dante led a crew to update our solar panels and install two batteries. He was extremely punctual daily for meeting with Austin Energy and communicating with us all aspects of the battery placements and code requirements. The end result is a beautiful, logical and very tidy solar hub. Dante was fantastic every step of the way!

Dante at Solar Service was great! I'm a realtor and my client had a home under contract that he was looking to buy. Dante was quickly able to give us an assessment of the efficiency of the solar panel system as well as feedback on how to improve the install. I'll be using them again in the future.

I don't generally give 5-star reviews because I think it implies going the extra mile. In this case technician, Jack, did just that. I was scheduled for a cleaning, but I asked Jack to check on my egauge system which allows monitoring of solar production vs. energy consumption. Jack was aware of how finnicky this system is and after spending a good amount of time researching the problem and trying different electrical outlets for the monitoring end, he was able to fix the problem with an inexpensive replacement tp-link box which plugs into the router so it can talk to our LAN. Eureka! After 10 months without monitoring capabilities, it's restored. Our solar panels are also clean and ready for more energy production. So thanks, Solar Service, for a job well-done.

Absolutely awesome experience! They were very responsive from the moment I contacted them; they squeezed me in early, with plenty of notification. Dante was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was in and out in a couple of hours, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and did a great job. Solar Service upgraded my failing 21-yr-old 2kW rooftop system to a modern 4.8kW system. Everyone is extremely professional, and the workmanship is top-notch. They were in and out in just a few hours, including hauling away the old system. Highly recommend.

I’m really glad I transitioned to the microgrid program with Tesla Powerwalls. Now I can enjoy reliable power without having to rely on the grid.

I also decided to stay with TXU on the Free Nights plan, just like Luis from Energy Solar Experts recommended. This setup lets me use the grid to my advantage and maximize my savings.

Highly recommend this approach for anyone wanting true energy independence!

They were prepared to to get my panels reinstalled after taking some damage from the hailstorm last May. They installed 25 panels in about 4 hours. They were communicating throughout the process and made sure the system was fully operational before leaving. Job well done!

Mr. Britt was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Polite and answered all my questions. Promote him ahead of peers.

Only down side is cost. I’m not sure how it’s broken down but it seems like the standard rate is $500 and can go up from there. My question is what if the labor and COMs is lower than the $500. Do you get reimbursed? Other than that we really appreciate the timely repair.

Solar Service has been to our home four times: to clean, remove and reinstall panels (after a roof replacement) and to install a new inverter. Each time, the electricians and crews were prompt, friendly, courteous and efficient. The service was way better than what we received from our previous solar company. I recently hired Solar Service to repair my solar installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to completion, their technician Dante demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality.

The job was two-fold: first, to repair an operational installation that had gone offline. This was completed upon the first visit / consultation. It took the technician literally no time at all to bring the system back online.

The second part was harder: to integrate a partially completed install from a scam company that immediately went out of business, leaving me with useless panels on my roof. Dante was quite confident that he could consolidate the two systems down to a single, nicely updated system. Solar Systems quoted me what I thought was a reasonable and competitive bid for the amount of work they were going to have to do.

I am extremely happy with the work they did. (I say they, but it was all Dante). Not only did he complete the work in a single day, the quality of the work was exceptional, including updating my Enphase account with the new panels. The net result was a 20+ percent increase in the generation for my system.

My only regret is that I did not call them sooner.

They are the worst. Lied about the cost and now stuck with the bill. They installed panels and they are not even working. They ghosted me when I try to get the issue resolved. Once they have the sale they don't care. DONT TRUST THEM
