Techs who came and did install were professional and courteous, and the one issue that did arise during install they handled patiently and effectively.

ATX Solar was great! They installed my panels with no issues and it has been working since. They have a great app to check the status of the panels to see if they are working, and I have seen a significant drop in my electric bills over the summer.

I spent some time researching solar installers around here, and ended up contacting ATX Solar. I’ve been very pleased with them, very professional and pleasant to work with. Caleb was great as a salesperson, not high pressure like one of the other places I talked to. Philip, the lead electrician, was very competent and friendly. And Anna, our project manager was wonderful, answering all my questions as we got into the process. Just be patient with how long it takes to put this all together, mainly due to permitting delays. If anybody says it’s quick, they’re leaving out important stuff.

Terrible company! They don't return phone calls or emails. I've been trying to get a hold of them for over 8 months. DO NOT use them!

I purchased the panels in 2016 having trouble reaching them for service and questions. Don't do it

Ecolectrics and I have been on a journey together. In July we planned a 3.7kw system, but between then and November, we had paperwork mishaps, permit resubmissions, overlooked electric panel upgrades, and delayed installation as their crew lead took paternity time off. Despite all of that, Ecolectrics made things right by putting us first and covering our lost energy production costs while pushing the project along on their side.

Overall, we're happy with Ecolectrics and they've earned our trust when it comes to delivering solar power and taking care of their customers.

Terrible, just terrible. I have called them over 10 times in the past 30 days. Sent several emails and yet not a single response. All I need is an inverter replacement for the third time in two years. Even though my system is five years old and still under warranty they asked for $450 for a truck run! I agreed to pay the fee and still no response. I invested 40k in my system and can’t use it. Due to their lack of professionalism in communication and customer service/ support my bill went from $50 a month to $ 400. The worst company EVER!

These guys came by my house, blatantly ignoring my "No Solicitors" sign, and then were incredibly rude, disrespectful and pushy. They refused to leave when we asked them to MULTIPLE times, and I ended up having to close the door in their face. Very rude, I wouldn't do business with someone who cannot read.

Very grateful that we went with Freedom Solar! We had the pleasure of working with Spencer Sobolik, who helped us install two Powerwalls in our system (which were a lifesaver during the recent outages). It’s an amazing feeling being self-reliant when it comes to something as important as energy!

Freedom Solar is a top tier company. From the sales rep to the onsite survey with a drone to architect our design of the solar panels, everyone is professional and they keep you informed with the entire process. The install team for the panels were organized and did a wonderful job. The electrician who installed the breaker and conduit did a professional job as well. I highly recommend Freedom Solar if you are planning to go solar. I looked at numerous solar companies over a year before deciding on Freedom Solar. Solid company from top to bottom.

Despite clear "no soliciting" sign, someone continued to knock until we answered the door. Then they continued to talk and ignore me when I said I'm not interested. I had to close the door on them. I understand you want to make a sale, but that's not the way to do it.

Had everything installed system was working and then we had a complete switch over to a whole new company now we have to pay for the monitoring and we have to pay for the app usage. I contacted freedom solar they provided no assistance. Sun strong connect bought their app. Now I have to pay a fee every month. Avoid freedom solar. This was a huge mistake. Avoid them.

We had a terrific experience with Freedom Solar. Our initial contact with the company was through Bradley Dette, who thoroughly explained the process, including mechanical, financial and installation aspects. The portal was very helpful in following the multistep installation process and managing expectations. The installation crew were efficient and tidy while Christian and James did a great job walking us through the inspection process. Jesse tutored us on the app so we could enjoy tracking our production. And Danielle patiently helped us with our questions and connecting us with the correct associate. Overall, a very positive experience!

I highly recommend Freedom Solar for your solar needs!! Our sales person, Brad Dette, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive from the start. He has been available every step of the way to answer questions as much as possible and keep us informed. The technicians who came out today were very friendly and worked hard, but unfortunately I didn't get their names. They got 20 panels up on my roof in around 4 hours, and they look fantastic. The batteries get installed tomorrow, and then hopefully the electric company will give permission to operate quickly so we can stop worrying about ERCOT so much!

I can confidently recommend Freedom Solar to anyone, and can already see the quality as far as the equipment and also the quality of their employees. There's a lot of options for solar out there, but we needed a company we could trust and are thankful we found that!

I'll add Another. Freedom Solar completely ripped, tore and marred over 30 shingles on one of my brand new roofing projects causing the roof to leak. They stacked solar panels on to of pipe boots causing them to buckle under the pressure. Then they lied to the owner and said that we didn't replace the pipe flashings. I proved that was a lie to the owner and over 6 representatives from their company. So now they admit they need to remove solar panels to provide access to repair this brand new roof. But.... we are going on 2 months of waiting for a schedule that I'm convinced will never come.

After reading the 1 star reviews I completely empathize with the customers who have been mistreated by this company.
