I regularly call Osborn Plumbing for Sewer Scopes (Camera inspections). They are super quick to respond, have top-notch equipment, and offer reasonable prices. I always get great, friendly service when I call Osborn!

Oscar was very courteous and professional. He cleared a clog in our kitchen drain, explaining everything he was going to do before he did it. He tested the drain several times after he was finished to make sure it was clear and functioning well before he left.

Josh is hard working and stayed until the job was complete. Time consuming job and was done professionally and now we have outdoor faucets that won't crack or break in a freeze. Thanks Josh for your hard work!

Had a bunch of problems fixed at once, gas leak, pool leak and uninstalling and reinstalling a gas grill. All of it is fixed up and good to go, we are extremely happy and will be calling Doug the Plumber again.

Brandon and Tyler were very professional, did an amazing job call and offered a suggestions of other items that we will want to address in the future. Will definitely use them again.

Arrival was on time and the diagnosis was accurate. We received several options, some for what we called for and a couple for the needs we had but wanted to postpone. Doug the plumber offered a package deal on everything and it was worth doing it all.

The employees were polite and knowledgeable, but I didn’t want the extra services they offered. I just wanted someone to put new stems in my faucets. The price shocked me for such a simple repair job.

Excellent attitude. Didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need. I asked about a water filter system and he tested the water. Said if I want one he’ll put one in but my water wasn’t hard. Which was my concern. He could have just sold me a system for a few thousand dollars. Nice guy. He checked things I didn’t think about too. I’d use them again.

Adrian came out today to fix a clogged drain and clanking toilets. We have American Home Shield and, after a week of dealing with the plumber they assigned, we finally gave up and called Doug The Plumber because every time we've ever had someone come out from Doug's, we've always been happy. Adrian was just as fabulous as we could have hoped. What the AHS plumber couldn't fix in a week, Adrian fixed in 2 hours. I'm cancelling AHS because we will never call anyone but Doug the Plumber again. They are the BEST!!

Tim and his helper (didn’t catch his name) were excellent. Tim worked thru the problem with the tankless hot water heater, flushed the system and replaced a check valve. Friendly, professional and efficient.

Oscar went above and beyond to unclog a toilet.
I was not present for the unclogging, my tenant wrote this review...."He was very professional. He gave details throughout the entire visit. A very nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable."
From me.....He had an opportunity to add a "clean out" to finish the job, BUT, he did further investigating including removing the toilet a 2nd time, and scoping a 2nd time to find out the addition of the "clean out" would not be beneficial..... Long Story

We had both hot and cold water copper line leaks in our slab. Brandon and his associates completely re-plumbed our house with Pex. The guys did a great job. Complete in three days. Now for sheetrock and paint.

Oscar is really good at installing parts for my log insert. Just wish the company I bought them from was more reliable. The good thing is he was really quick since this was the second time he replaced them. Thanks again

Frank was exceptional at getting our job done in a timely manner. Fixed a broken pipe within hours of calling them. Super responsive and knowledgeable. Happy to do business with them.

Had issues with low water pressure. A technician was sent and after running a few tests, he determined that we had a faulty pressure valve. The valve was replaced and now we have a great water flow. Frank was very professional and fixed our problem pretty quick.

Josh & Grady installed new water heater a few feet away from old heater due to mistake made by builder in 2012 that allowed rain water to drip on heater that caused rust and eventually a leak. They also installed a recirculation pump. They seemed very knowledgeable. They communicated well and maintained a positive disposition in spite of working in hot attic. Highly recommend.

Brandon and Grady were very nice and got me an estimate for future work at our house in Bastrop. Definitely would recommend for someone that is in need to plumbing services. Locally owned and operated, Doug the plumber is the way to go. Thanks y'all

Wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up after taking a week to get around to me. They rescheduled and wasted more time before completely canceling at the last minute toward the end of the day. My toilet is still a backed up, smelly mess.
Total disappointment.
