We enjoyed speaking with all staff involved; very kind and thorough. They worked us in, kept us updated, and the service was great. Zach, our tech., was excellent. Very knowledgeable and up front. They would be hard to beat!

Technician (Brandon) came out to diagnose hot water problem we were having in master bath. Very knowledgeable and professional- identified source of problem and provided multiple options to solve. They were considerate with pricing and totally willing to warranty their work. Problem was not urgent so we decided to delay only to care for other higher priorities at the moment. Would not hesitate to use.

The office was magnificent and the guys josh and Tyler were exceptional. They repaired my ball valve on my home filtration system and fixed the leak in my garage. I recommend using them and will be calling doug the plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Jacob was very professional and courteous. The company was courteous, professional, and clearly communicated throughout the whole process from booking the appointment to diagnosing the issue and even cleaning up.

I am very pleased with the work that Brandon did in my kitchen. We were experiencing low water pressure so he ended up installing a brand new Moen faucet. We are back up and working fine now. I will definitely use Doug the Plumber for future plumbing issues.

Kalie arranged for a same day service to look at our temp pressure valve on the water heater. About an hour later, Jaysen called to confirm the issue and give an eta. Soon after got time confirmation via text.

Adrian arrived promptly as per the eta on the text and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. He clearly is very knowledgeable and well trained. He is also extremely personable and professional and spent extra time explaining everything to us. He even posed for a photo with our house chicken Colorado 🤣❤️ Don't think he had ever held a chicken before, but he took it in stride ☺️

This is the 2nd time we have called your company with a plumbing issue and have been extremely happy with both technicians and the quality of service. We fired your competitor this year after a very bad experience. Fortunately a friend referred us to your company.

We called about our master toilet not working right and they were out the same day. Josh was so knowledgeable and explained everything. I called Doug the plumber early this morning and they sent a plumber quickly. Josh was friendly and very helpful. He looked at my faucets and went right to work. He was great and the company was very good to work with!

Doug’s Plumbing is our go to plumber. I think they may not be the least expensive but their customer service and quality of work is worth it. We had a leak that caused us to have to turn off the water to the house. Lukas arrived an hour after our call and got it repaired. He was friendly and professional. If you want the job done right, you can’t go wrong with Doug’s.

Frank explained what needed to be done to fix my leak then went on to give me different options for additional work. He was very professional and best of all was he made absolutely no mess. He is a great representative for your company.

Tim and the office staff were amazing. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice, communicated ahead of the appointment and were on time! Tim did a full assessment based on our call and made common sense recommendations for us to choose from. We’ll definitely be using their services again!!!

Zach came out and gave us a quote for a water softener and whole home filtration. Very courteous, very professional. His supervisor Tim was also very pleasant to speak with, tons of info when providing a quote, set expectations well for us.

We contacted them on a recommendation from another one of their customers and were not disappointed.

Josh worked with us to disconnect and reconnect kitchen plumbing for a new countertop installation. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was easy to work with and made sure we were satisfied with the work before closing the work order. We are very pleased with his work. We’ll use Doug’s Plumbing again if we need plumbing services and will request Josh!

My experience with Doug’s was stellar in comparison to other plumbers; They are standouts with their level of responsiveness & great communication. I’ve worked with a number of service providers in Bastrop as I manage a few properties, and Doug’s is a several steps above the rest from the very first phone call.

For this particular need, my tenants were using the shower when the handle broke & they could not turn off the water. They turned off the water to the house while I worked on getting a plumber out. I made a mistake & contacted a plumber I had used previously but 14 hours later that plumber was still saying that for this urgent need it was next in their job cue but they were unable to provide any update on how close their plumber is to completing the job they’ve been working on or provide even a general timeframe for arrival. This is typical service unfortunately but that’s not how I want to take care of my tenants, and I decided to give Doug the Plumber a call. And let me tell it, it was complete opposite experience with Doug’s!

From the very first moment of the first call, it was a completely different positive experience starting with Kaylee who was friendly, polite and a great communicator. I called just after noon & she gave me an arrival timeframe between 1pm - 4pm (so within 45 mins to 4 hours) from my first call. She also set the expectations going forward on who would reach out & when; I next heard from Jason who let me know when Zach was on the way & confirmed what the service request needs were at the property. Again, Jason was polite, professional & a great communicator. Zach was at the house within 2 hours of my initial call & had investigated the issue exactly as Kaylee had set the expectation. Zach called me to let me know what he had found, possible repair scenarios (best case, worst case), explained how the damage could happen to the valve several different ways including high water pressure & that while he was there he would check the water pressure, and noting he also saw a broken hose spigot that he could repair while there as well. Seamlessly, Jason reached back out to go over repair costs and once the job was complete, Zach called again to touch base with me.

As a property manager, this level of responsiveness & great communication from the entire team is invaluable and makes them a real standout team! I am so impressed with how seamless everything went that I plan to have them install a water softener at the home soon & would highly recommend them for all your plumbing service needs! My only regret is that I didn’t call them in the first place; Don’t hesitate, give them a call.

Brandon was great! He was patient and explained each step along the way. Really appreciated that everyone let me go at my pace and didn’t try to force me into a quick decision. Will definitely call Doug’s back after I check in with my insurance.

Zach and Barrett were wonderful. Every option was explained and never did we feel pressured into any of them. They were polite and quick as they could be, taking care to not startle our pups or (at times) sleeping baby. Thank you so much for fixing our leak and installing our new water heater! We would absolutely recommend Doug the Plumber to anyone!

Once again, Zach provided excellent and professional service. He and his assistant Barrett worked together for 2 days to replumb and insulate the entire underneath of our home. They did 3 walk through checks after completing the job just to make sure we were happy and understood where all the cutoff valves were located. They also cleaned up after themselves and always wore shoe covers inside. Great job and great company! Thank you.

Good wook. Additional work done at the same time was done at all very reasonable rates. Frank was a very friendly and professional plumber. They give plenty of notices, and even let me know when they changed the technician they originally planned to send out.
