Savior Service was able to come and look at a leak we had in our water line at the edge of our property that was flooding less than a day after my contacting them. It was a large area that was flooded but were able to pinpoint the leak within minutes, gave a very reasonable estimate, and were done within an hour! Such a relief. I look forward to working with them on additional projects.

We've used this amazing company 3 times - all three weekend emergencies. And, they are AWESOME. They are so professional and really transparent. We moved out to this area unfamiliar with many things of having such a large rural property, and we've had some big surprises along the way as well as unfortunately some really horrible/ nightmare experiences with some of the area companies.

We can rely on these guys, though. If I could rate them a thousand stars I would. They keep going until the job is done, tested, and in good order. We're so thankful for them - give them a shot. I'm convinced that they're the best in the area.

Had a leaking gas line so TxGas Service came and unhooked the meter. JD was here that same day, we signed our agreement to start work and he got right to it. There were several issues but they were all taken care of and put back better than new and we were back in business with heat and hot water very quickly. Very thorough and conscientious work. Highly recommend.

I had water leaking underneath my garage - and it was through the hot water pipes going to one of the bathrooms. JD and Kevin arrived early morning, spent some time debugging and isolating the problem to root cause it, and then re-routed the hot water connection to the bathroom through the attic. They were professional and knew what they were doing, and also tried minimizing the drywall cutouts. I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing job !

I will definitely use Savior Service Company for all of my needs in the future! We thought we would be without water for the weekend or longer. But we called today (on a Friday afternoon) and they were busy but the owner himself showed up within a couple of hours and we had water again. Very respectful and professional. We need more companies like this! Honest and reliable quality work!

Savior did some gas plumbing for me. They had to move my stove. It was working before they moved it the next day I was going to cook dinner, and my stove didn’t work called savior the next day and had one of their technicians come out and look at my stove and they fixed it. I am very satisfied.

Jason was fantastic. We had a $28,000 quote from another plumber. Jason came out, cleared the line, and was able to accurately diagnose the minor issues that remained, save us over $27,000, and save the deal on our home purchase. THANK YOU Savior Plumbing! This is our second time to use Savior for plumbing problems that have emerged as our house has gotten older and plumbing problems start to pop up. They did a great job both times! I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem in the Austin/Cedar Creek area. They helped us to understand what was going on with the plumbing in our house and worked to help prevent more problems from happening in the future. Most recently, they went the extra distance to fix the problem with our hot water heater, coming out after hours to get the job done. Well done!

Would recommend Savior Service Company to anyone needing plumbing work done. Called on Wednesday with an issue on a new home, and they had me on the schedule within a few minutes. They arrived on time and were very thorough with their scope of work and transparent with billing. Will use again in the future.

Jason and Angel did a fantastic job! They were able to find the problem quickly and fixed it the same day. The service was great, they kept me updated the entire time and before they came in they put these plastic covers on their shoes so they wouldn’t mess up my floors. Great guys!

Once again Savior Service Company came
to our rescue. We found a wet place on our bedroom carpet and were unable to find the source of the leak under the slab. I called a local company and was told it would be April before they could come. I contacted Savior service and they came that same week, located the leak and rerouted the cold water pipes through the attic. Very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done in just a few hours. Thank you, Jason and Jose for a fine job!

I was having issues with my water heater not lighting. I contacted Savior Service Plumbing and JD came out the next morning. He diagnosed the problem very fast and had my water heater lit in 10 minutes! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
them to all my customers.

Both of the plumbers who came to my house from Savior were extremely respectful and knowledgeable. They came to give us a quote and were able to identify issues others had not mentioned. Even though they were originally here just to replace our hot water heater, they also nicely took a look at our sink and got a partially clogged joint exchanged in no time.

They were highly communicative and gave great explanations about the why and hows for some additional work we needed. We will be using them again

Having work done on my home from flood damage. A sudden water leaked was creating another problem. Called Savoir Plumbing and they were there in 30 minutes. Neighbor came to shut off water before they arrived. What a relief to have it fixed so we'll and fast. I highly recommend this company.

The earliest appointment we could get was 4 days out after calling 3 different places, my 4th call was to Savior & they were out within 45 minutes of calling! He had the toilet working within an hour! Truly a savior! He was very friendly, courteous and informative, now we know who to call if we ever need a plumber in the future!! :)

Extremely respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I thought I was gonna need a new water heater right away, but Jason explained everything to me and also identified other things that I should look at repairing in the near future. Savior service was great. They were able to help us with a major problem the same day I called. DJ stayed and fixed our problem far beyond the time he should have been out working! I had some foundational/plumbing issues at my residence. Because of continued settling of my home the plumbing pipes cracked under my concrete slab. JD and Co. came and took care of all the plumbing issues associated with issue. The problem was resolved and am very appreciative to this company.
