There is one word that has kept my family loyal customers of Reliant Plumbing and it’s “Drew”. From the first interaction to the most recent, he has always been on-time, professional, patient and incredibly knowledgable. When you need assistance with plumbing issues only thing you are seeking are solutions and that’s exactly what Drew brings. We can’t say enough about him and his work with Reliant. I highly recommend Reliant and definitely ask for Drew.

Very happy with Sean V. From Reliant Plumbing. Had a PVR valve go out and had no water in the house. Called them at 9:00am and Sean arrived at 1:00pm and everything was done by 3:00pm. Fast and professional service, couldn’t be happier. I didn’t think this kind of service was available anymore.

Essentially we were over charged by, on average, 400% compared to 3 other companies.

Context: We had an issue with a water heater valve so we had to have the water for the house shut off for some time. Reliant came out and informed us that the shut off valve for the water heater would have to be replaced. It was presented as the only possible solution and they charged $1085 for the service.

Out of desperation to get water back to the house for the family immediately, we ended up going forward with it.

After the service was completed, I sought bids from 3 other plumbing companies for a new water heater installation and casually inquired about the cost of replacing the water shutoff valve, without disclosing the amount I had paid. Each of these companies provided estimates ranging from $200 to $350 for the same job. When I later revealed the amount we were charged by Reliant, they were genuinely surprised and expressed sympathy for the situation. Additionally, I also visited a supply store and found that the total cost of materials required for the job did not exceed $40. This stark contrast between the cost of materials and the total amount charged for labor raises concerns about the fairness and transparency of the pricing.

I immediately called Reliant to inquire further about the pricing, and received a call from the same technician who did the repair the following business day. However, the technician informed me he would need to request one of his managers to call the business day after that. After no follow up, I called Reliant every few days to follow up on the matter, and only received a call from a manager exactly 2 weeks after my initial inquiry. I was told that this price is set beforehand and that nothing could or would be done based on the extreme difference between their price and every other quote I received. However, I will note that I was told by a front office staff that technicians are given a range from which they can charge. Given that the tech completed the replacement in less than an hour, it is hard to come to terms that we were charged over $1000 for this (knowing the cost of materials as mentioned before).

With all this being said, I would add that I did regrettably sign up for their “membership” during the visit, but especially after seeing the difficulty of getting a call back and issues on their pricing model, I wish I hadn’t.

The general feeling I get from this entire experience is that we were taken advantage of, especially given the dire situation we were in and the lack of fair pricing and transparency. Again, please learn from this and make sure to get other bids for comparison, no matter the situation you may be in.

Drew Ross is fantastic! He took the time to talk through the “symptoms” and properly diagnose the problem. He tested multiple faucets and was open to all of my ideas (even as a non-plumber!). Overall, awesome experience and grateful for his work!

Tyrone Scott, the tech who came to our house, was most professional and knowledgeable as he worked through our plumbing issue. He patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Reliant and their staff, especially Tyrone.

Drew was incredible. We had a massive disaster this week. Entire house flooded. He was Johnny on the spot. Showed up within an hour of my call (receptionist was also stellar.) Not the first time I’ve used these guys, but this time around I felt compelled to sing their praises. Thanks again for all your help Drew. Give him a raise Reliant.

Ray was quick to respond to my callout and offered a solution quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Ray and Reliant Plumbing.

The bad news is that we needed a new water softener. The good news is that Don was able to come out right away and diagnose the water issue. He was timely, fast, and very kind. Had a great experience.

We needed emergency plumbing services over Labor day weekend, and Reliant was out within a few hours. Alan was so kind and understanding, and the professionalism from everyone in this company was above and beyond.

Shawn V was very helpful and answered our questions patiently. Want to make sure us be satisfied. With his recommendation we hired Reliant to be the company to fix our problem plus an additional job for water heater replacement.

I’ve used reliant for a couple jobs now and their staff is great. Quick turnaround and quality service. Most recently Zach, Roy and Sam helped me with a leak and installing some new faucets - they were awesome!

They were fast to respond, but tried to massively overcharge and then waived the $90 fee to come give a quote if I wrote a good review on Google. I wound up watching a couple YouTube videos and fixed the issue myself in about 30 minutes and about $800 less than they tried to charge me. A year later my repair is still fine and I’m editing my review to be honest.

Juan was great! He arrived when he said he would. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. He did not try to sell me service I don't need and made sure I understood why I needed the service he was recommending. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond. Shout out to "The Juan and only plumber"!!

They came in and did a quote on my bathroom. Told me I needed to pay within four hours to get service soon so I paid the next day they came back. They went up $1800 on a quote and told me that they had seen my other quote through other companies, such as Perbeck and that they were right around the same price. Nobody gave these guys permission to dig into My private paperwork from another company that’s the reason we get quotes in this industry not for companies like this to talk to each other and price price gouge us This is a horrible experience . They held my $7000 and told me they would fix my plumbing within 24 Hours, and that was a lie they came to my house Three days later at 8 o’clock at night for a full day job expecting me to open my house up to total strangers all night While I slept, good luck with your business

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ray and Reliant. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything so I understood it. I felt like I was in good hands and everything came out great. I'm very happy with the work and would call Ray again in a heartbeat!

Reliant provides the right blend customer service, expertise, and price. Matt, Esgar, and Jason all took excellent care of us throughout a multi-day process. I always felt like they had our best interests at heart and explained our options thoroughly.

Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful. Insisted on not taking any money for any problems he couldn’t solve. Very happy with the service.
