Steve and his team did a great job removing and installing a new water heater. They were on time, very knowledgeable about the process and equipment, and answered all my questions. The install went smoothly and I am pleased so far with the results. I have used Savior twice and would certainly use them again when a plumbing need arises.

Total rip-off! The tech was nice but they charged us $225 for five minutes work and using my plunger to boot I will never consider using them again!!! I hope they go broke!!!

Savior Plumbing Company did an excellent job from start to finish. Plumbers Steve and Caleb were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while repairing a main water line break, replacing a toilet flange, and replacing the gasket. They clearly explained the issues, worked carefully, and got everything repaired properly.

The price was reasonable, they arrived on time for the appointment, and the office staff was friendly and personable, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Savior Plumbing Company, and especially Steve and Caleb, for reliable, high-quality plumbing work.

Drew Ross replaced my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. It is my second time working with drew and he provides top level service for cheap prices. Will definitely be using him again!

UPDATED: Beware of this company, always get a 2nd quote. I made the mistake of trusting them. What should have been a $350-500 repair at most, I was charged $2.5k. We were given a small discount to post positive reviews before the service happened. Do yourself a favor, if you have a leak, turn off the main water and wait for a better company/plumber. I talked to other licensed plumbers and neighbors who know this company has a bad reputation. I wish I had known earlier. RUN AWAY

Sean, Cane, and Rico worked conscientiously and diligently for several hours to determine the reason we had no hot water at any faucet even though the water heater was working. The issue was diagnosed, carefully explained, and resolved.

Tyrone came over late, in the cold, and did a great job diving in and replacing our damaged pipe. His customer service was top notch and his knowledge and work were excellent.

Reliant and Mack were fantastic! Very efficient in his work and on time. Definitely will be calling for all our future plumbing needs!

Sean Villarreal got here much faster than I’d anticipated to fix a pipe that burst from from the storm and got it fixed quickly. He was very friendly and professional and explained the process efficiently and clearly, can’t recommend this company enough.

Mack W. was so kind and very efficient! My bathroom had been leaking for weeks and me not knowing what to do I called reliant. They sent Mack to my home and he was there in an hour! He checked out my bathroom and fixed the leak in 30 mins. He didn’t even have a crack showing. (Very professional) I will only be using reliant for now and request Mack every time.

As another recent reviewer who gave a 1-star review, due your due diligence on getting at least 1 other price for plumbing.
I could hear water leaking/hissing outside of my kitchen window, where the main comes into the house. Reliant was the 1st company to answer the phone after a few voice mails from other local plumbers. Day 1 the technician comes out early afternoon and verifies there is a leak which matches the amount leaking as per the water company’s smart meter. He can’t start to find the leak because the company only owns 2 leak detectors and he would need to go back to Austin to find one and return the next day. He did quote me approx $1500 for 2 hours of leak detection which was agreed upon. (Day 2) Two technicians showed up mid-morning to start the leak detection. It was detected where we thought it was. They expose the main pipe, installed a value, and verified the leak was after the valve. They don’t break concrete so a reroute was our only option. They couldn’t complete the reroute that afternoon because they had other calls scheduled so I was almost left high and dry! The technician did have time to provide pricing of $4500 for the reroute after my water was turned off. I requested the technician to somehow leave me with water for the night. They temp’d a line through a kitchen window. He was even nice enough to provide pricing to replace all the pvc to the water main (40’) for an additional $6k! Which price would you choose? Day 3 a technician showed up mid-morning and took about 1 hour to complete the reroute which involved shallow trenching 7 feet, coring a small hole in my brick wall, and running the line 6 ft through the bottom of 3 cabinets. Approximately $4500 for the reroute which took about 1 hour. Approximately 5 hours onsite total and a total bill of over $6k! Later after I questioned the pricing, they have the technician call:3 to discuss the pricing. Of course he would think the pricing is fair! Not many trades would get work if they advertise $1000/hr!

I have used this company on three separate occasions. Technicians are always great - Sean V. was great and knowledgeable. Gave me great advice on how to deal with cold spells regarding my plumbing. The only thing that SUCKS. About this company is they over schedule - techs are always hours late beyond 6 hour window. Every time. That’s unacceptable.

Ray was great, came out in this cold and let us know what was going on quickly. Super friendly and efficient! Reliant has always been great!

Mack came out today and helped with a water leak. Got out to us quick, found the source of the leak, stopped it, then informed me that since it's irrigation we'd be best served having an irrigation specialist do the repair.

Great service from Mack at Reliant Plumbing. We had a plumbing crisis and reached out to several companies for emergency assistance. Reliant Plumbing was able to get us on their schedule immediately and beat the costs of the other companies. Plus their customer service was excellent.

Do not look any further, Sean V, Roman, Josh and the whole Reliant team took incredible care of us.
Our water heater blew during the freeze and they were out that evening scheduling a repair for the next day. Roman and Josh were able to fix a leaky shower the same visit on top of replacing the hot water heater. Less than 24 hours later and all is good again. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people during a stressful situation. Thanks y’all.
