My old HVAC unit was filled with black mold, and was spraying it throughout my house. I needed a replacement as soon as possible. JW Heating & Cooling quickly was able to replace my unit and duct work with such good quality and professionalism I am so glad they were able to assist! They also upgraded my thermostat and replaced my duct work to improve the overall value of my house. I am very happy with the work they did and recommend them to anyone who is in need of assistance!

Our heater quit working about a month ago but I unfortunately procrastinated about getting someone out to look at it. I googled the HVAC companies closest to me and found JW heating & cooling had great reviews. I submitted an online appointment request and they were able to come out the very next day! The diagnostic was only $75, and when he found the issue was a single wire, he repaired it for no further cost. I would highly recommend using JW's! Thank you so much!

From phone call to fixed in less than an hour. I sent a video of my problem and they were able to give me an estimate before even coming out. Came out immediately and confirmed the problem. Fixed it for a fair price quickly and professionally. What more can you ask?

Eddie and Michelle are great to deal with. "A/C out? Be there within the hour." Later they gave me a fair quote to add a 4" filter to the system (saved us from switching out filters from quarterly to annually). Love these guys.

As soon as I discoverd my AC wasn't working, I asked friends for a recommendation. Eddy Plummer was immediately recommended by a friend that recently had him repair her AC. So I called, and to my surprise he was at my door within 30 minutes, and finished repairing in less than an hour from calling him. And I live 20 minutes outside of town. Crazy response time, and good value.

I have used the company several times! I highly recommend them. They have all ways given pretty quick service. Michelle who answers the calls is very sweet and professional . And Eddie is all ways is on time and does a good job.

I called AB&B earlier today because I am having issues with my AC and they installed the system years ago. I mentioned to the technician that i had the outside unit cleaned earlier this week, but i still needed someone to come out and check it. Thats when i was aggressively asked "Who cleaned the unit?" "I suggest you call them to come out and look at it. I dont know what they did to MY unit!" I calmy explained he just cleaned the outside condenser coils, thats when i was asked "Why didnt you call us...blah blah blah. The bottom line is he told me to get someone else to look at it because he basically wasnt interested in taking the service call. No problem at all with me. Immediately called another local company who was more than happy to come out and get paid. I only used this company because they were recommended by a family member. After hearing about this incident, they will no longer be using AB&B ever again either. Last I looked, it was me that paid for this AC unit, but i guess this company thinks they own it and only they can service it. This is just my experience, but i would look elsewhere for all of your AC needs

Our furnace stopped working after normal business hours. With 40 degree temps the house was getting cold and William came out within 30 minutes after 7:00 pm. He got it working quickly and was reasonably priced. We will use this company again.

William and his crew are amazing. We've been without heat because of power outages that blew the computer during this storm. He has helped on the phone and this morning showed up in the ice and snow to do what he could. Our house is hard to get to and here they were. We've used them for years and are always very happy with their service.

William installed a whole new system in our home 2 years ago. Have had no issues, except minor maintenance work. Called in last week to come out because the system was not cooling. Due to all the power outages and hot weather my condenser sent out. Great friendly and fast service.
