Great service and friendly staff. Called on a Wednesday for quote and Thursday came to install a new AC unit, AC handler and thermostat. Really fast and great customer service. Texas summer's are no joke! Ron , Gavin and staff really took care of us.

Appreciate that Blue Ribbon was quick to respond to my A/C needs, especially in this heat. Brandon was exceptional, polite and thorough in explaining what he found to be the issues. Just wanted to say thank you to NOAH. He came out to service our office in San Antonio and gave us all the options we had and never pressured us to go with the highest. Will be asking for him again the next time we have any plumbing issues.

Josh was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time the answer your questions in detail and provides options. This is our second experience with Josh and couldn't be more pleased with his service.

Spencer came in to fix our dishwasher and was fantastic to work with. Kind to our dog and cats as they made their way around the house, helped explain the issues to me and talk through what he needed to do. Excellent, excellent service.

The best heating and air conditioning company in Central Texas. It amazes me how well trained their technicians are, My technician today new every aspect of the system and how to diagnose the problem and correct it. I have four separate systems on my property and they have maintain them to the highest standard, I have ever seen. You can't go wrong with a well trained technician they won't patch together your system, they're going to do it right the first time and be done. People have to realize that sometimes it's not easy doing it right but in the long turn situation it's always better for you

When our AC went out. We called out three companies.
One was way too expensive for not that great of quality. One just didn't even come back 🫠
When I had Blue ribbon came out They were prompt with the time they said they were going to be here. And checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and they were able to get our unit fairly quickly. It did take a bit longer to get everything set up.
The technicians communicated with everything that was going on and worked very hard. Overall, I'd rather them take their time. And do the job right. Instead of rushing and messing something up.
Would highly recommend. I think they are reasonably priced. And they do a good job.

I had originally called Dougs Plumbing (which i guess got bought out by BR) which the phone was forwarded to BR. I had to to quickly schedule them yesterday evening to come out this morning from 8-11am due to the fact that Radiant Plumbing was scheduled to come out yesterday with a crazy morning window of 8am-3pm, and we had scheduled Radiant a full 24hrs in advance. Well, Radiant reached out at 3:45 to say they canceled our appt and moved us to the next day (today). We needed to get our issue fixed immediately. Unfortunately due to the time in the afternoon, most places i called couldn’t get to us until today anyways. Blue Ribbon was the first company to promptly answer the phone and schedule us for today 8-11. Much more convenient time frame to work with. Booked them right away. Got a early phone call from Ezekiel at 8:30 saying he would be there in the next 30-40 min. Great, also explained to him that we had requested to be as late in the 8-11 window as possible because we had a speech therapist coming over for our 2 yr old and didn’t want to interrupt that evaluation. He was completely understanding and stalled the arrival time just a few minutes to help us out. He gave me the quote, got the work done in about 45 min and was on his way. Only had one small issue with the overall experience, made a phone call and spoke to Amanda and she was able to resolve the issue no problem. I would recommend Blue Ribbon. They were prompt, showed up in their scheduled window (unlike Radiant....probably too busy making dumb commercials), were able to get me a morning appt despite me calling so late in the afternoon the day before.

We had a massive plumbing retrofit project to fix old cast iron pipes that ran the length of our house. They had to tunnel over 90 feet and replace every single inch of pipe under the house. We certainly were not please to hear the news, but the team of plumbers and diggers they sent out to do the work were excellent. Ethan and Brandt were incredible. They were here every morning early and stayed late every day making sure to tie back in as much plumbing as they could each night so we could continue to use our bathrooms and kitchen every night.

I do not recommend having to go through this kind of project if you can avoid it, but if you have to, make sure to select blue ribbon and ask for Ethan and Brandt.

Ezekiel and Miguel did a fantastic job fixing my bathtub faucet leak. They were friendly, professional, and worked with me to choose the best option for the repair. Props for the hard labor in removing a very stuck cartridge.
