The company "Doug the Plumber" went out of their way to assist with my warranty issue, even followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy with their service.

I had a problem with a very slow draining kitchen sink. I was working with a limited budget but Joseph showed up and advised me of all my options. He was very thorough and not pushy in trying to upsell me with things that I couldn't afford at this time. I asked and he answered all my questions on how to best maintain my kitchen drain moving forward. Although I hope I don't need them anytime soon, I would not hesitate on working with Blue Ribbon and will certainly ask for Joseph by name again. Thank you Blue Ribbon! You get a hold star ⭐ from me!

I highly recommend this company. I needed my whole house replumbed & some sewer repair. Tim came out and was so thorough with the estimate. He was very patient in answering all my questions. He also gave multiple estimates based on different needs, very professional and courteous.
When I booked them for the job they sent a young team to handle the work. The team was headed up by Oscar and although young, he was extremely professional and handled my whole job very proficiently - I was in capable, courteous hands. His helper was very polite and professional too. They did an excellent job. There was a third plumber too who came to oversee and aid several times through the job. After it was done there was extra clean up under the house and they took care if it without complaint.
Again, I would highly recommend Doug’s Plumbing for any job you may need done.

Everything about my experience with Doug the Plumber was great. The initial scheduler was friendly and thorough. The service manager called to set things up and tell me what to expect and then I got a text with the technician's name and picture when he was on the way over.

The technician, Brandon Taylor, was outstanding. I was immediately confident that he knew what he was doing and then, as I watched him struggle through some difficult setbacks while doing the job, he proved that I was right. Despite some really difficult design features in my plumbing, Brandon powered through, got everything fixed, did a great job putting everything back together and left the place cleaner than he found it. I was thoroughly impressed with Brandon and with Doug's.

Not called “Doug the plumber” anymore. They changed their name or got bought out or something. Forget offhand what it’s called now.
Anyway plumber came in and looked at my leaking toilet(leaking around the bottom on the floor, not clogged and overflowing). He pulled off the toilet and cleaned up the floor, inspected the toilet itself, replaced the wax seal and reinstalled the toilet. Also shimmed it because apparently it had a slight wobble.
Guy was super nice and worked quickly. Now my toilet doesn’t wobble or leak, did a great job.

We had some tricky plumbing AND a couple of different manufacturers defects but Jacob did not give up! I am 100% satisfied by the work he did and will continue to use them and recommend their services to friends. Dispatch was very communicative and helpful. All around great experience!

I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink around 11am this morning. Doug's plumbing had good reviews, so I called. The person who answered was helpful and friendly, and one hour later a plumber was at my door. He discovered the problem, a rusted pipe. By 2pm, it was fixed. I can't believe how easy that was! Had several issues under the sink, he explained to me what needed to be done then proceeded the job, he was very knowledgeable and I was very appreciative that he cleaned up after himself. He did a great job in replacing the items that needed it. I appreciate his honesty also we talked about the pipes underneath the mobile home in kitchen area that may need up dating so I would like to get a bid so I can turn into mortgage insurance . Brandon and Barrett did an excellent job on our faucets, bathtub, sink, and some outdoor piping. Brandon clearly explained the possibility of additional work before starting the task. He got us quotes for 3 different options before beginning the work. The staff that answers the phone were always courteous and helpful. They returned calls quickly also. We have used Doug the Plumber service in the past and plan to do so for any future plumbing needs.

This company is excellent and do indeed 'exceed expectations one customer at a time, they certainly exceeded ours. Austen was punctual, courteous and completed the work at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them again if needed.

This gentleman is what good, honest, friendly service is all about. I highly recommend Austen plumbing...even if you notice a leak at night. He showed up 20 minutes after I called him, we were able to exchange information via text photos and over the phone and he was able to take care of the problem without my having to be there. We took care of the billing by credit card over the phone and I have to say… this was quite a pleasant, painless experience! When you don't have water in your house and the last thing you want to do is wait for a couple of days until you are able to take off from work to be there while it is being fixed. I am thankful for his willingness to get it all fixed up while I was out and highly recommend Austen Plumbing!

Last fall, Austen responded to an emergency call immediately so of course I used him again when I needed a good plumber. He even had to go to the store to get a small part I needed and came by over the weekend to install it for me. I would never have known the difference. That kind of work ethic means a lot and is much appreciated. Hire him.

I couldn't begin to explain how amazing of a job Austen did, but I will try! We recently had Austen out to fix plumbing issues with our bathtub and install a new tub. I knew going into this project that we had a mess on our hands and I was very stressed out and overwhelmed about the situation. To make matters worse the first couple plumbers to make it out to our home to do estimates made me feel like this was going to be a huge project and more of an issue then what was expected. So by the time Austen came out I was even more stressed! Not only was he reassuring that it wasn't that big of a deal he was very transparent about what kind of price point to expect, which ended up being totally reasonable. Austen is very professional, very kind, thorough and fast! He made a very overwhelming project seem like a piece of cake! I'm so happy with my overall experience with Austen Plumbing and would recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Austen Plumbing came in to my work site (new construction) after the original plumber bailed on me. He assessed the situation and listened to what I wanted and was trying to do. He provided timely estimates for the work I wanted. He performed the work in the estimates as written and made suggestions for improvement when he saw a need for it. He accommodated all of my changes as they came about, again making suggestions for improvement. We are just about at the finish line for this project and his work site has been neat, and he has been professional and on time.
During this time I also had two water leaks at my residence. Austen Plumbing came to the house promptly, once from another job site, and repaired both leaks. He coordinated with the insurance adjustors and repairmen. On the first leak, he saved me and the insurance company possibly thousands of dollars when two other plumbers wanted to cut into the slab to repair the leak. Austen Plumbing used some state of the art equipment to determine the leak was not in the slab but about 1 foot above the slab in a line going up an outside wall.

Austen Plumbing was the most professional and reasonably priced plumber I have ever used. Austen arrived early and worked all day to ensure that I had hot water before leaving. Two days later the same plumber returned to install pipe insulation that was not part of the contract. I highly recommend Austen Plumbing and tankless water heaters.
